You can save a significant amount of money when you choose this set. As I rehab from tennis elbow, it is a major challenge to get it Since about a month ago, I've had 2 cortisone shots as well as physical therapy. I like the softness of this garment, but it is perfect for what I need. It is easy to use and of a good quality to use this set of 3 therapy bars from FlintRehab. Unlike many other bars that are molded from rubber latex, these are made from silicone, which is perfect for anyone with a latex allergy. There are deep grooves to ensure a good grip on the bar and it doesn't slip when using it. It is likely that they will need to be washed often because they feel sticky. There was a very nice tutorial on how to use therapy bars for some patients. Because I have poor grip, I decided to start with a therapy bar that is very light. Rather than buy two sizes at once, I decided to buy one at a time. Hence, I started with the CanDo XX Light bar. There are three sizes included in the Flint Rehab set Light, Medium, and High. As soon as I touched the Flint Light, I noticed it was softer and easier to flex than the XX Light. There isn't much difference in the firmness of the Flint bar when compared to the soft CanDo bar, but it should be the same, since there are six sizes of resistance available for the In comparison with their soft Flint bar, the green Flint bar is slightly firmer. There is a difference in firmness between the blue and red. There may seem to be very little difference, but in practice it does make a significant difference. Overall, I find these therapy bars from Flint Rehabilitation to be an excellent quality product and they will be of great assistance.

The wrists on both of my hands are weak and painful. A few months ago, I found PT tools but didn't struggle with my wrists due to the balls. They were a great find for me. These are nice and large, so even if you have big hands they are going to fit Each of these tools have a unique degree of flexibility and grippy surface. To date, I am using the easiest one and it is a great workout and a challenge at the same time. In addition, you get a two-sided diagram that contains the exercises. This can also be done while watching TV at night. I feel like this is starting to help and I think with time it will also be beneficial. I'm working my way up to the hardest might, but now I can't find it because my dog mistaken it for one of his toys. The medium one also had her chewing on it for a while, but thankfully, these are tough, and she did not damage them. It's important to hide them from your pet because they really do look like toys.
