Mom liked it, but it was not durable. The hand movements were great while the machine worked, but after a month or so, they slowed down. In the screenshot on the Amazon product page, it clearly states there is a one year warranty, so I contacted the seller to see how it could be resolved. Now it has been several weeks, and the only thing that has happened is that they removed the product warranty! The best I can do is to contact.
