A flimsy plastic was used in its construction. does it not have a metal finish? The price is cheap, so it's a good deal Product not made in a sturdily manner. This company does not care enough about its product or its customers to make it durable. Despite having the chair, I never got to use it Making sure to return it as soon as possible.
As soon as she saw the pink, her favorite color, she started crying. No longer did she feel embarrassed to be pushed in a wheelchair. The wheelchair is a bit hard to push on rocky sidewalks, but isn't that true for any wheelchair? This is great for medical appointments where we must fly to specialists. It folds up fast! This folding chair could be easily folded and put in and taken out of Uber trunks and back seats. On Amazon, we also found a side bag a cushion that we intended to put under her and a side bag to carry her personal items in. There is nothing wrong with this chair at all.
This is definitely worth checking out! As it turned out, this held up much better than I had expected. My daughter's sweater is amazing quality for the price. I took it across the country with me on a trip and TSA really beat her up. I then took it off road in a field of daffodils and it didn't break and is still working fine. Considering how light and easy it is to push and maneuver, this thing is very convenient. Additionally, it's easy to put the unit together and to take it apart to put it However, I strongly recommend getting yourself a cushion. It's so easy to use. *Edited to add
My life was made a million times easier thanks to it. The app I use all day, every day, has a few modifications I made. I have seen it stay in excellent shape for so long, even though it's not as pretty as it was. In the recent six months, I have used it constantly and it still works as good as new. To push it around my house I only need to use my feet. (I obviously can't use my feet if I am paralyzed from the waist down, but I have bad balance so I can still use them). There is no choice but to love this chair because it is not as wide as a conventional chair, and it can go through doors easily. In addition, the back handles of the bike are cut off (with a sawzall, and I cover them with Plasti dip) so that it can easily be turned around. As long as I have this thing, I will use it until it falls apart, and that is not likely to happen.
For our handicapped son who is autistic and has Down syndrome, we bought this item. Walking is easy for him, but he may tire if you have to walk for a long time, and sometimes (for whatever reason) he isn't keen on walking in the direction you want. As a result, we occasionally need a transport chair so that he can be transported. The two of us are planning to go to Disneyland for five days in November, when we typically walk ten miles or more a day. We feel like the kid needs this type of activity. When I unboxed the chair, I was impressed with the quality, which was good compared to my low expectations (I only had expectations of a $100 transport chair). I tested it on hard and carpeted surfaces in our home and it worked great. Then we took it to a local park in which we tested its functionality The sidewalks were smooth, there were rougher sections of blacktop and there was also brick paving that was This is when the limitations of this transport chair were most clearly seen. There are some rougher sections where the suspension feels A few people mentioned that one of the front wheels was bent in the reviews. In my opinion, especially if carrying a heavier person, this would be possible. Despite his short height and light weight, our son is 5' tall and eats only 130 calories per day. Any surface other than a smooth surface is not suitable for carrying anyone who is much bigger than that in this chair. Even the paved sections, which weren't too rough, had this effect on me. During the ride over embedded stones, you could feel the chair bend and flex. While trying to push through the dip or transition between two paved sections, I was struggling to get the front wheels to cooperate. While I was going through those obstacles, I think I could have bent the frame around the wheels if I hadn't been careful. There is a problem with the tires on the wheels. That is my biggest complaint. It's made of hard plastic that's really cheap. Those wheels remind me of the wheels on my first skateboard 40+ years ago before they knew what good skateboard wheels looked like. It doesn't matter how small the rock is, they'll cling to it. As well as that, this wheelchair does that. A small pebble on a smooth sidewalk may screech to a halt rather than roll over it when you hit Over rough surfaces, this makes it roll much rougher than it needs to. I strongly believe that better wheels that could roll over things better and absorb bumps would be a vast My plan is to look around some aftermarket parts and see what can be obtained.
Overall, I found this chair to be well worth the price. However, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who weighs more than 130 pounds. As well, I would be unwilling to use such a device if the individual was not at least somewhat mobile. My concern would be if my son could not walk at all and it collapsed, which would leave us stranded, and I would want something more reliable and sturdy in that Despite the fact that he can walk well, and only needs it when tired, it's a great choice for our son.
There is nothing fancy about the style of this transport chair, but it is strong and functional. We can't imagine a better way to spend our time. In order to ensure my comfort and support on the seat, and on my back, I am using a wheelchair cushion for my use. These are standard wheelchair cushions, which can be found easily at local medical supplies stores for around $20. Then you would have to purchase an additional item. In addition, get one of those pouches they sell that you can slide onto the back of the chair and put your necessities in it. If you ever lose your luggage, I recommend the addition of a luggage tag. That way, it can be found in case it gets lost. There's nothing better than a It is fun to ride in, and the seatbelt is helpful a lot of the time. I like the burgundy color. I thought my money was well spent. We haven't used a handle as wide as this before, but it feels more comfortable than others we've tried. There is no reason to worry.
Assembled, the chair came ready to use. One of the first things I noticed was how light it was. The car seat folds easily and is easy to lift into a Pushing and turning corners is so easy, that you can practically do it with just one hand. You won't be disappointed. Moreover, it's the most beautiful chair I've ever seen! I say pink to raise awareness for breast cancer!.
Although the chair is OK, it could be better in terms of quality. The offset handels on the chair are not my favorite feature. In small houses it is very difficult to turn a corner. The handle would be better if it were straight. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with the way the front wheels are mounted on the outside of the Allows you to scrape the door jamb easier when the chair is wider. It was either in front of or inside the frame that the wheels should have been installed. It would be nice if they had a model that had a slightly larger distance between the armrests.
It is very convenient for use and it is at a good price. A big fan of the transport chair, she loves it. The book was recommended to me by a friend, and I am recommending it to you here as well.
