When we put the trunk in, my husband was 270 pounds and was able to push and lift the trunk with ease. Definitely the best chair that I've ever sat in. It was the easiest one I found to fit and I have tried a ton yet. I am 5"10, 170lbs, so it is quite a difference from your size, but like I said, it was the easiest one I found.
A maximum of 22" wide is available for this seat. has a minimum seat height of 16" and a maximum seat height of 18" in its center, where the back forms a curved shape.
As you can see from the picture, the total width of the chair from edge to edge of the rear tires is 27", but there are small caps in the center of the rear wheels, which extend further. The width of this vehicle is At 29" wide, the chair just fits through the narrowest door in my house.
To clean the seat, use a rag. The seat doesn't come off to be washed, but I think a wipe is enough. To help my mom sit on a washable seat chux due to incontinence leaks, I use one.

Install the footrests and the chair will be ready to use Congratulations, you are now ready to go. I am 6'6" and heavy set to start with but I'm not too concerned with it I was over 300 pounds, which meant I needed a sturdy chair to support me. In my opinion, this fits the bill perfectly. The couch is comfortable and there are no annoying noises The chair is surprisingly light for its size. My wife is just 5 feet 4 inches, but she is able to lift and load the chair without a problem. It's easy to push someone my size even though she's so big herself. Due to the chair's size, it's a little difficult to fit through doorways and through other spaces In tight spaces, it may be a little harder to maneuver, but you should expect that. Our overall experience with this purchase has been very good.
It is a well-designed transport chair that is affordable. This is a very good value for the price, with many useful features. wheel brakes on the handle and the handle brakes on the wheels are separate and convenient for caregivers and users. My building endurance routine is simple-walk behind this wheelchair, stop it with the hand brake, and sit to rest until I've built up enough endurance. I enjoy temporary wheelchair usage mostly because walkers do not work for me to build my breathing and muscles. As a result, this wheelchair is perfect for the person lifting and carrying the wheelchair into the van or car trunk, as the lightweight (31 lbs) and easy fold with the grips in the right locations makes it an optimal choice. A wheel chair with a 22" width will suit many larger people, but it still fits through office doors with a 30" width. If user is outside for a long period of time or is sitting for a long period, it needs to have a separate seat cushion that can breathe.
In addition to knee replacement surgery, I cannot walk long distances because I am waiting for a knee replacement surgery. My husband and I bought this for our recent trip to Las Vegas so that I could enjoy it. The act of creating it hurt my ego and I cried until my husband put it together, but I got over it on the first day! Our day could be spent as tourists all day long due to our love of pushing each other around. I look forward to having my surgery next month, but until then, we are living like we haven't in a long time.
Only warning is if you are pushed around like in Las Vegas casinos you will experience some static. As I was walking around the house with my hair full of electricity sticking out, I would get little shocks from the handles. However, my husband discovered that he could hold the metal instead of the rubber grips. It may seem counterintuitive, but that is what we did.
Transport chairs like this one by NOVA are incredible. Designed for absolute portability, it folds like a dream and is so lightweight that it can be thrown into the back of the car with ease. Easy to use and comfortable, the leg rests can be easily put on and taken My 22" seat was large enough to fit my big butt comfortably and did not feel cramped As far as my butt goes, it's a big one. Apart from looking gorgeous in black and red, this chair is not only sturdy, but also built to last. In addition to not shaking or rolling, it does not rumble. This is a VERY SOLID piece of work. Chairs like these are wonderful and I strongly recommend them. Life has been so much easier since I started using it.
It is a really cool chair that looks great and is lightweight, but unfortunately, I had to return it because the seat height varies from front to back, resulting in a tilt, which is not ergonomically friendly for anyone suffering from neck issues. If we had had a flat seat, it would have been awesome. Drive was able to provide me with the adjustable front castors that allow me to create the flat seat I wanted.
This chair is a favorite of my wife's. The wheelchair is sturdy yet lightweight, it is well designed, and even though its wheels are smaller than those of a full-size wheelchair, it can easily maneuver Having recently had back surgery, my wife has had the need for a wheeled wheelchair she can use as a support and push while walking, as well as that she can sit in and be transported in. I find this chair to be both functional and comfortable. As a result of the extra wide seat (22"), and hand brakes to prevent the chair from tipping over, this chair is a very comfortable ride. I'll update this review as we use this chair, but as of now, I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a chair that serves the purpose. Took my wife out on the chair for the first time today, and it worked flawlessly, but on the way to Wal-Mart, my wife fell asleep. I felt like a capacitor was charging there when I was pushing that around. So when she touched anything, my wife lit up like a light, so I did what I had been told to do As a result, we have shopping carts like those from Walmart. By installing a couple of #16 jack chain pieces in the pre-clearance, we can combine a couple of 1/8-inch quick links with the chain and tighten it up We were able to use drilled holes already on the chair to create a few discharge points so that the chair (and passenger) are always neutrally charged, even in Wal-Mart For anyone interested, I have a few pictures I can send that will be helpful in the installation process.
This is a sturdy and convenient desk. There was room for a wider seat between rows, but it wasn't too deep from the front to the The hand brakes are handy for going down hill ramps to the chair, and the wheel brakes are useful for getting into and out of the They are designed to be fair to ok in terms of comfort. The wheelchair user has a place to place their foot near the back wheels so they can use leverage to go up occasional "small" hill on the sidewalk or from the street to the walkway. If you want to fold both arm rests in half completely, you must have them in their original position as shown in the photo. Deliveries were made ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, a very good deal.
We were searching for a chair for my mother and found this one. She had a heavy chair and it did not fit on the ramp for her mobile van. As for the chair, it is light weight and seems durable, and my mom says it is comfortable for her since she sits on it for at least 4 hours. I usually don't write product reviews, but I thought I'd offer my feedback in case it can help someone else.
