Questions & Answers
There are paddings on these full arm pads, yes.
Neither I nor my wife are sure of the depth, but with her wheelchair, a Drive chair if that makes a difference, when she gets to a table the table hits right at the top of the armrests. The chair has to be rolled under the table, so she cannot push it completely under. The Drive wheelchair may be a bit taller than most others. It is a matter I am not familiar with. In any case, we have generally found that she isn't able to completely adjust her chair to be as close to the table as she might wish.
In order to ensure you receive the proper arm pads, please measure the hole spacing and the base of your current arm pads. It is not uncommon for a base to measure about If you have arms that are seven and eight inches long, these arm pads will 10 inches (10-inch) is a reasonable size for the base These arm pads would be a good fit for a desk 18" long B0767VLR6F - the ASIN number
The reason I do not know is that I am sorry. The chair she has was made for her by a local artisan.

After purchasing these, we replaced the 10" wheelchair arm rests on my husband's wheelchair for less than 24 hours before the bottom plastic began to crack and peel. Parkinson's disease has caused him to be 6'4 and weigh 250 pounds, and he needs the arm rests for balance while lying down or standing up. Our 10" boots were a bit shorter than we would have liked, but the molded plastic under the padding is substantial, so we assumed they would be the same. Do not purchase these if you plan on having a large individual place a great deal of weight on them for support.
On time, in great shape, and exactly as described, the package arrived. It turns out we were missing one screw/bolt. Each armrest requires two bolts, which are packed in plastic bags, two bolts per pack and two boxes per package. Apparently the manufacturer of one of our plastic bags used poor quality control. There was only one bolt in the bag! I had to go to Lowe's, buy a pack of 6 for two dollars, track down the exact bolt, and track down the locations of the bolts. They seem to be sturdy now that both armrests have been installed. It will take time to see how well they last. It must be improved in terms of QC The small plastic bag containing a bolt looks empty before it is packed for shipment, so it can be easily seen one bolt is missing. DR. BIGBILL.
A much softer arm pad than the one that came on my wheelchair, which was extremely worn out, is included here. My research for arm pad replacements led me to note that several negative reviews claimed the arm pad broke off when used instead of a smaller or 10" When trying to get up, all of my weight is placed on the ends of the arm pads, so I can see how the pad could break after prolonged use, but this arm pad is solid, especially when used as a 14" replacement, and it fits well. Besides having these adjustable screw holes, the arm pad comes with different sized holes, so that it will fit.
The wheelchair arms help my mother to push herself up easily. She is confined to her wheelchair and has no problem pushing herself up. Since the arms are longer, I hoped they would allow her to hold on to them a few inches forward of where the original arms ended. If the subframe bar was not directly underneath, this would have worked, but these are just plastic and padding and cannot hold any weight. In the future, I will put on the chair purely for esthetic reasons, and not for comfort.
This is the perfect match! A great price for a set that is the same size as the original. Within five minutes, everything was up and running. See the comparison images for an idea of how they will look in a few years. The old ones are visible, and the new ones can also be seen.
They look just like the originals. I was able to use this perfectly with my Drive wheelchair. Installation of the armrests took about 10 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. There is a plastic piece beneath the plastic armrest that fits towards the chair frame, and two screws per armrest. Each hole in the chair frame is matched by two holes in the frame and two captured nuts. Instead of the short armrests on chairs with frames that step down in front, these are meant to replace the long ones. The armrests on my chair look exactly like the ones that came with it.
My wife's Drive wheelchair is exactly the right size for these cushions. To fix the cushions to the arm rests, the enclosed bolts need to be used. As if they were originally included with the wheelchair when it was brand new, they look and feel exactly the same. However, I am not sure how they would fit on other wheelchairs, but again, her Drive chair was a perfect fit.
After months of using her transport chair, the armrests had old tears in them that had been covered with electrical tape. Despite their low price and ease of installation, these were an excellent fit. Is as new as when it was In terms of arm pads, they were not over-sized I'm satisfied with this seller and would buy from her again in the future. The arm pads were well packaged and they arrived in good time.
