A NYOrtho Gait Belt makes it possible for older or weakly joined patients to be handled and moved in a safe manner. Support and prevention of falls are achieved through the use of gait belts. Gait belts by NYOrtho also protect caregivers' backs and reduce risk of back injury while assisting patients.

Made of durable, comfortable 2 inch cotton webbing, NYOrtho Gait Belts come in a variety of sizes and colors. There are many different colors to choose from to suit every taste and need. Colors and patterns are available in neutral tones or in bright and vivid designs for easy identification.

It is unusable

In this case, the product could not be used. Because of the metal part being twisted the other way, the belt cannot be held in place. A second problem is that the belt material is just too sturdy, so it doesn't stay on your waist or under your arms. I returned home.
