So I am not sure exactly what your question is since this is a quad tip.
The ring measures approximately an inch and a half. I believe it to be a standard size. My friend and I are meeting tomorrow, and I'm willing to measure it if you so wish.

As shown in the picture, this product is identical to what you see. A junk piece is not what it seems. What I really expected was a different outcome. The stroke caused by my diabetes and the diabetes induced by my stroke makes me numb. Having a cane that holds upright in many situations is important, and this cane does that, but there is no give on the four tips when I walk and I expected more give when I walked. Would I buy this cane again, probably not, but it may serve your needs.
