Questions & Answers
This is an extremely durable material. The life of these tires is about 4 to 5 years when used frequently on rough surfaces like gravel roads The next time I need to replace them is in 5 months. It lasts a few months longer if the surface is smoother.
Specifically designed for use on wet, slippery surfaces, Thomas' Tornado Rain Tips melt through wet surfaces in no time. Solid body Tornado tips are designed for durability, but they are not as good on slippery surfaces as Rain tips. As Thomas states, you will not find a perfectly slip-proof tip, but the Tornado Rain tip is the closest you will find to one, and it has been the best tip on the market for some time! I hope this is helpful! The Financial Sector

I have found these to be the best crutch tips that I have The feel as if there are shock absorbers inside them, as they last for the longest time. Since I am an amputee, I have been using crutches for the past 34 years! I know! If anyone knows, please let me know! I would recommend it to everyone.
Then and now. The forearm crutches my daughter uses were made with these. Can you imagine the prices of the crutches compared to these? However, they are worth a lot more than they seem. Their purpose is to prevent her from falling so often and to boost her confidence as well Whenever she over extends, these little things adjust to make it easier There are no doubts about it game changers. Even though she still has issues, they are so much less than they were before! You will not regret your purchase! With my happy mommy and a delighted princess as well, I'm one proud parent.
Even though they are expensive suckers, knowing that I will be on crutches for at least 14 weeks in the middle of the rainy winter of the Pacific Northwest, I think they are worth having for keeping me from dislocating my knee as I navigate through I have been close to slipping on wet floors at a burger joint down the street, at my office, and at a few restaurants since I've been on crutches. Since putting on the Tornado Rain Tips, I have not gone back to the same restaurants, but I have gone back to the burger joint and my office on super rainy days, and have not had the scary skids I had with the standard I will have to put my crutches to the test next week when I try them out at the pool. I knocked off one star for the fact that these bugs are a bit difficult to get on crutches. The other one came on without any trouble using baby powder after I struggled to get the first While it did make things easier, it put the baby powder one on at a different level than the non-baby powder one I struggled to even them out because of the baby powder one. What about their cost? Do they have to be so expensive? There is a lot of crutch tips for $56+ bucks, but because I didn't have any options between these and the super cheapo, I didn't feel like I had a lot of options.
It's true that people complain about their cost. However, you should buy a cheap pair and see that they offer traction, comfort, and longevity for your money! These products absorb impact, thus making them more anti-static There is less slip than any other tip
The rubber pivots a little to keep the pad on the ground
They last a long time*.
It has been more than a decade since I used titanium forearm crutches (from Tomas Fetterman) and I have been through multiple sets of them. In addition to these, they make a larger version of these which is also good, but noticeably heavier (I found those worked better on my last trip to Hawaii when I had to walk down a volcano and on a coral reef). I no longer suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrists thanks to the cushioning they provide. Here are some things you need to know There is no regret when you do this.
It's been a great help to have these. When I was using the crutch that comes with it- During the middle of the month it started raining, so here are some tips When I began to slip in September, I realized that it was too important in my recovery process to risk a relapse A self-inflicted injury. As soon as I put them on, I noticed that I felt very different The marks are most noticeable on the tiles at work, as well as on the wood floors at home. As a result, these aren't slips of the tongue The proof is It is still important that you remain vigilant! They are not as common as standard tips, but they're definitely different.
It is truly amazing how thankful I am to have found this product! In the cafeteria of her school, my daughter broke her leg and had a nasty slip. To prevent another from happening, I purchased this. She also made a point to say the crutch tips saved her from a fall on slick lino at school. Teenagers are not always the most articulate when speaking, but she said that the crutch tips saved her from a fall. The feeling of realizing one's kids are as vulnerable as they are fills one's heart with tears This product is incredible, and I am so thankful for it.
I highly recommend these tips because they work and are worth the money. It is so important to keep safe during the winter, and crutching in the cold is quite scary. I have enjoyed them a lot!.
