My recent trip to Washington DC took me for two days and I went through one pair of shoes. As soon as I got home, I bought another. My crutch tips were getting too worn out for me to be out in public. I bought these because I needed something short term while I awaited $20 tips that I purchased but were suppose to arrive in a week. That was over a year ago and those $20 tips are still there. My crutch tips were expected to give out 2 months ago, but I am still using them! I was surprised that I could walk with This is one of the best products out there. It is worth twice as much as it is priced.

The fact that I have been using crutches since I was two has led me to jokingly refer to myself as a professional crutcher. Sixty-one years old, I think I can say that I have seen the good and the bad, and these hold up very well under today's standards. I cross a gravel parking lot twice a day at work, and gravel is a real crutch tips test. I have worn through tips on that surface as quickly as a week, but I have had these last over six months, so these are really good by today's standards.

I like the fit, but it is hard to remove them when I need to substitute them. Razor cutting was the only way to get rid of them An acute point. The tires wear out fast when you put a lot of pressure on them to walk and stand. Since I have to change them every five months, I wish they lasted a little longer. There has to be a slip-proof surface. I slipped when I hit a small patch of water!.

There are no better crutch tips! I am a lower limb amputee and walk about 0. I am using these crutch tips. In addition to moving around the house all day, I also walk 5 miles a May 2021 was the last time I could afford to replace them. Having to keep replacing them, only to have them wear down or stop working within a few days, was getting costly and frustrating.

As soon as I finished wearing out my last pair of stock ones, I bought these right before a foot When I used the crutches I was glad to have these as I had one of those knee scooters (please get or borrow one of those, they are life-changing), but when I had to use them I was glad to have them. Having them installed made me feel at ease because they did exactly as expected, stayed in place, and gave me peace of mind. The fit is nice and firm.

It seems to have broken. The metal of my crutch came out of the bottom, metal washer and all, after less than two months of use, so I had to buy another more expensive replacement. On the other hand, you can see in the other image that the growth was also starting to move From the inside of the washer, you can see that it is pushing out but you can't tell from the picture why the washer is not aligned right. this will serve as an effective temporary fix if you just want something quick or casual, but they aren't intended for daily use.

Due to the fact that I have been using crutches for 40 years now, I may know a bit The first thing I want to clarify is that this is a relatively small picture. In light of that, they do work well. As of yet, I have not had any tread come away like other tips have. Having a good hold on a product and wearing down slowly is a bonus. My tips usually last for about a couple of months before I have to replace Crutch tips that are comparatively decent in comparison to the sea of trash.

Is Amazon going to save the day? It is not as expensive as these. I got them at a local pharmacy for $2, which is half the price Black and leaving black marks on the floor, they are also black. The grey floors require mopping and scrubbing, but they seem more durable than the ones you're used to. I award two stars, one for durability and one because big box pharmacies have been somewhat disrupted by this development. The author, P.
