This is an excellent substitute! These were purchased to replace the handles on my previous crutches

I had previously purchased a complete crutch pad replacement set, but the handle rubber would not fit on my old spindles. So I went ahead and purchased these, which included the entire handle assembly. They were a perfect fit for my crutches, and came with all of the necessary screws, wing tips, and hardware to install them on my current crutches. I've only had them for about a month (part-time due to the fact that I also have a knee scooter), but they've performed admirably thus far. I'd strongly advise others to use them.

To begin with, instead of two rods, there was only one, which was inconvenient. Second, the handgrips are extremely hard and painful to hold. br>Waste of money in the extreme!.

There was only one spindle given to me

The product is excellent and a great replacement for my aging handgrips, but the packaging appears to have been ripped, and I only received one of the two handgrip spindles. Because I hadn't removed my old grips, it wasn't a problem, and I was able to reuse the old spindle.

The fit is perfect

Simple to put together. These were the ideal handle grips to replace the ones on my metal crutches. All of the necessary hardware was included, including a spindle and a through bolt, and it was extremely simple to put together. Simply unscrew and remove the old bolt, then the old grip, and finally the new grips are bolted in. It was a piece of cake. It was an ideal fit.
