What's the best way to reattach the hand grips?

To get the grips on, I'll need someone with strong hands and tools. They begin by forcing the open open and then pulling the grip into place with a tool. They also apply a cream to make it easier to slide the grip. It takes a lot of effort to get the grips in place, but once they are, they are excellent.

Do these crutches fit people who are 4'6 to 5'2" tall? Is it a sl that they slide on or a sl that they have?
