The Zamat odorless memory pillow may be the same as the contour pillow in terms of construction, but it is described differently by a different vendor. The pillow is available in a variety of thicknesses and firmnesses, and not every vendor carries all three sizes and firmnesses. Only two sizes were available from one vendor, but neither was the thicker, softer version. br>br> The website where I purchased it has a very detailed description that states that the soft version is the thickest (of the three sizes). The largest and softer version of Zamat is not available from every vendor who sells it. If the pillows appear to be the same size to you, I recommend reading the information and noting the differences in size. The larger, softer version, it turns out, is a few dollars more expensive. However, I reasoned that you can always firm up the soft version by asking for different foam as advertised, but you can't easily soften a pillow that starts out too hard.br>Some other contour pillows don't adjust like the Zamat and don't have the thicker foam on either side of your head, so you don't have extra cushioning under your cheek when you side sleep.
My neck/upper back pain was greatly relieved as a result of using it. I can honestly say that since I started using this pillow a few months ago, I haven't had any. It's simple to switch from back to side, but I'll admit that it took me a couple of nights to adjust to this type of pillow because I'd never used one before. I hope it helps you as much as it helped me!
Yes, I did, but only for the pillowcase on the outside. Memory foam is used in the core, and it should not be washed.
I cover my head with a pillowcase to avoid this problem.

Pillow is thin and has no support; don't waste your money on it. False 5-star reviews and a terrible pillow.
You can obtain it by contacting their customer service department. If you sleep on your back or stomach, the pillow width should be sufficient. This pillow will ensure a restful night's sleep.
I've been using this pillow for about a week now, and I must say, it's quite comfortable. I've been looking for a pillow like this because I sleep on my side. The package includes a card from the company stating that if the pillow is too firm or too soft, they will replace it for free, and if the pillow is too low, they will send you extra attachable foam. br>br>There was a slight odor of new foam at first, but it dissipated after a few days. The smell wasn't too bad; it wasn't overpowering or anything. You must also allow time for it to fully expand after unboxing.

I couldn't believe how comfortable I was. Within two weeks, it began to fall apart, and spider webby fibers began to emerge from the area where my head rested. My face felt like it was covered in spider webs the entire time. Every night, it got progressively worse. It's completely useless and a complete waste of money.

When the pillows arrived, one of them opened up and expanded to its full firm potential, whereas the other appeared to be softer and flimsier, with a loose pillowcase. I immediately contacted their customer service department and informed them of my problem; they promptly resolved the situation and promptly shipped me a replacement pillow, along with additional inserts. Last night, the spouse slept with his pillow and stated that he enjoys it. I'm excited to see if there are any changes after two weeks, as the company recommends. br>br>I'll update my review once my pillow arrives and I've had a chance to try it out. br>br>From the start, I recommend recommending extra inserts.
The pillow is too firm, has a chemical odor, and does not provide the neck support described in the description. It claims to be odorless, but this is a complete fabrication! They're not worth the money they're asking for! I'm so dissatisfied with this pillow, and I feel like a fool for purchasing it!.
Falsely depicted. Awful! Make sure you don't throw your money away. When you receive the package, lay it on top of another pillow to see if it is as advertised. As flat as a sheet of paper, this is. I tried putting it on top of another pillow, but it caused me to wake up with excruciating neck pain.
I was hoping that the removable foam on the back/bottom of the pillow would help with my head/neck pain issues because of how highly rated it is and how high it is listed among Best Seller ranks for pillows. I liked that they included a removable foam on the back/bottom of the pillow, but it didn't make much of a difference in terms of providing extra support, and it didn't have the chemical smell that many other pillows have, so those aspects were positives. br>br>Despite the fact that the product provided some assistance, it was ultimately disappointing. The foam core had several holes in it, and my biggest gripe was that they included a small insert card promising a $30 gift card if you left a 5-star review and sent a screenshot of your review, which is nearly the full price of this pillow. I believe this is a highly deceptive practice, and I would be wary of the product's glowing reviews.
