The red clip how and why do you use it? An instruction manual was not included. ?

The seatbelt that came with mine didn't have a red clip on it... I just wrapped the Velcro flaps around it as shown in the picture.

My abdomen does not feel itchy or tender at all after I put this on. It even feels good at home I would like to get a second one here for my shoulder area as I also have difficulties with my shoulder and thoracic areas.

The idea is great, but useless. It won't stay in place, it rolls around the seat belt, and it's a pain to twist. I use a thick towel instead, at least that stays in place.
