When episodes occur once or twice a year, I have severe neck/shoulder pain that makes it difficult to move my head. In spite of the fact that severe symptoms like that have mostly decreased over the last few years, I found recently that after sleeping my neck and shoulder would start to hurt in the morning, but would resolve as the day continued, but never completely vanished. I would be cooked if I moved my head suddenly for any reason. There have been a lot of things I've tried to manage my pain, including hot packs, hot tubs, and massages, but none worked until someone asked The first thing I thought about was that this would be another thing that won't make a difference, but when I began looking for it, I found it. In truth, it makes a big difference. It doesn't hurt at all when I wake up, but if I use a regular pillow for a few days, it definitely starts to bother me again. These are my favorites! I bought two of them to keep on my bed and I'm definitely bringing them on trips! The people complaining about it being uncomfortable I'm not quite sure why. The position does not seem difficult or awkward to me.

To date, I am very happy with Firstly, enter 1. I was not getting this level of support with other pillows before, but I can get it now with the memory foam. This is one of my favorite covers. My favorite part is the soft touch given that it gives me such a cozy experience.

The only part I would suggest is that it would be nice if they could bring out a little bit more space inside the back sleep area. The dog is kind of a mess sometimes, but it sleeps well.

In a nutshell It was delivered within a short time frame. My cervical vertebrae are affected by osteoarthritis, so I decided to give this a shot. The pillow took me about half an hour to adjust to, but I find it to be quite comfortable and supportive without being difficult. Since I woke up 3 nights ago, I am not as tired and my neck is less sore. In the case I want to bring the pillow somewhere else, I can fold it up into a small bag so I can take it there. It is what I had been looking for.

The box actually looks like a bottle of wine and at first I thought I was getting a bottle of wine. Two nights have passed since I used this pillow, and it serves the purposes I believe a good pillow ought to perform. When I sleep on it, I feel very comfortable in any position, and I do not get the pain in my neck that I used to have when I used to use I guess it is also comfortable for my cats since they like to stay on it.

My sleep issues were terrible for the last few months, as I woke up with headaches every day, bad neck pain, and sinus congestion. Using this pillow caused me to wake up with NO neck pain, headache, or sinus congestion on the first morning after using it. The joke is on you. However, this pillow was too low to provide the peace and relief I was hoping for and I returned it. I used a flat pillow under it to make it more comfortable, but it didn't provide me with the relief I was expecting and I had to return it.
