In the aftermath of hip replacement surgery, I purchased this product. Due to my surgery, I could not bend over to assemble it the day it arrived. My physical therapy assistant was here when it arrived. After taking all the pieces out, she put them together and discovered there were still pieces missing. It has a bar at the back to provide stability, and a toilet seat, too! As a result, it could not be used. Upon contacting Amazon I learned that it was not returnable because of the type of product (in spite of the fact that it had never been opened). The money I paid to Amazon was refunded. Well, here is what to do. Please get this item to me as soon as possible! In my area, a similar one was being sold for a good price in perfect condition on social media. I'm so happy! The reason for getting 4 stars for Easy To Assemble and Easy To Clean is because of both. I was compelled to purchase this product after I had surgery on my hip. My bedside table was used for the first week at home following my surgery since I couldn't make it to the bathroom quickly enough. It allowed me to adjust the height and for the next four weeks I was able to use it comfortably. After 5 weeks of using it as a seat riser over the toilet, it became worn and torn. The only thing I would have changed would have been perhaps the width of the seat because after surgery I had so much swelling that it was a tight fit, but on the other hand a wider width would not have fit in I have no cause for complaint now that the swelling in my legs and hip has gone down.
