Included in the price is no seat. a lot more expensive than others and there was no bucket or seat, even though they are shown in the picture. It is incredibly misleading, to my way of thinking.

Additionally, it doesn't seem like it can be folded while it's in use, so I think you would have to disassemble it for each use. That doesn't seem like an option. It would be nice if it could be stored for a long time, In the toilet niche I have a narrower cabinet, and the cabinet did not fit well in the space, so it was returned. I did not see anywhere in the write-up that it was not returnable. I am contacting Amazon since I bought it on Prime and I did not see where it said it is not returnable. As soon as I know the outcome, I will update you. This is hopefully a positive outcome.

Even when I push down with one hand, the chair doesn't tip even when I put all my weight on the handles. The seat is in no way broken, but I've sat on it several times and it's still in great shape. I have no idea how it's supposed to fold, but I haven't needed to, so it doesn't matter in my opinion.

The nursing home she was in was closed down, so we had to bring her home. It is not easy to adjust to everything that has happened, but a wonderful convenience right beside her bed is one of the things that ensures that she sleeps successfully The fact that this sturdy convenience is right next to her bed every night helps her sleep better by providing assistance and comfort when so many uncomfortable and frightening things naturally happen to her. We all rest SO much easier when this simple convenience provides reassurance to her, especially at night. She is so unsteady and confused at night that it makes a BIG difference. As a great grandmother, I bought this commode for my mother. She needs the grab bars. On its website, it says it is capable of accommodating up to 350 pounds. In spite of this, my mother weighs just 240 pounds. The grab bars, however, are too high for her to fit between. Furthermore, it is made of very flimsy material. Weight is applied to the arms and the whole thing shakes badly. My attempt to return it via Amazon resulted in a rejection message saying the item could not be returned. My useless item cannot be returned since I have no use for it now. As a result, both Amazon as well as Drive Medical give me a bad impression.

Saving my life was a huge relief. I had so much easier access to the bathroom with this. In 2010 I had to get a knee replacement and given it to charity. I did not anticipate that I would need it 10 years later. I therefore bought it a second time. For the time being, I will keep it in case the other knee gives way!.

Everything else you need to buy. I watched my grandmother have surgery (a rod) the very next morning after she broke her femur about a week and a half ago. In her case, a wheelchair was necessary as well as one of these. I have to use this only for my grandmother since she is 4'10" and 80 lbs. Medical grade products are NOT offered here. The reason I can say this is because I have one in medical grade. A person weighing up to 350 pounds can use it, it is claimed. Since it wobbled and shook when I tried it out, and my mother only weighs 100 pounds, I would like to know how it works. Despite its overpriced and low quality construction, this product is overpriced. It was also tried by my husband, who weighs 195 pounds. A horrible squeaking noise came from the shaking, wobbling, and toppling of the table. Because she is essentially the size of a child, we have allowed her to use it, but it looks like it could snap at any moment. It is not safe for any adult, according to me. This did not spring to mind to me at all. For my grandmother, I ordered what my mother sent me to order. In retrospect, I would have chosen something better if I had read the reviews and examined the product carefully. There is no way to return it, which is the worst part. There is no way I can see this lasting very long. It's a rip-off on the worst possible scale.

Unfortunately, the seat for men is about 2" too short, and it's not too comfortable This narrows the area by about 5", making cleanup a bit awkward, and I have trouble maintaining it. In a container that can be used for multiple purposes, the depth is insufficient. This unit would be far more versatile and effective if it were 3" deep and fitted with the absorbent deodorizing gel pads that are available today. The price is reasonable for the use of the machine.
