YES, ALL OF MY TOILETS ARE ELONGATED.
It's an oval with a width of 8 inches and a length of 10 inches. It should be bigger, but the ones I found are all around this size.
12" x 12"
The seat is made of hard plastic, but it is supportive and comfortable.

The seams began to separate. I bought two of these, and while they appear to be fine at first, the seat seams begin to split open after a few months. I've tried contacting the manufacturer, but they haven't responded. If you expect it to last at all, I would think twice about buying it.
For the money, this is one of the STURDIEST chairs available. However, I wish the designers had considered a 400-pound person's "ergonomics. " The HOLE NEEDS TO BE BIGGER, AND THAT HAND INSERT NEEDS TO BE BIGGER, in order to sit comfortably, wipe, and so on. KatyMeds also attempted to ignore Amazon's A+ rating. Although Amazon had a Z refund policy, it was honored. Amazon, you are the best! This chair is adequate, but it could be better. Also damaged during shipping was an "insert" hole where the back-of-the-book was supposed to be. The rest of the component is inserted. This appears to be a widespread issue. (This occurs when/if the box is dropped on its side during shipping. ) Katymeds is aware of this and has been advised to cover the piece with styrofoam to prevent it from becoming bent.
I pulled out of the box and there is a note written on the package clearly state that there needs to be be been removal of the pot. It also shows a picture of the pot that has been removed from its back and that's what I needed. So, if someone could contact me, that would be great!.
Returns refund you a penny for every dollar you spend. Even If It Isn't In Use The armrests are further back than on any other commode I've seen or used. This one will be difficult for you if you have to push off the armrests in order to get out of it. If you need to return it, even if you have never used it, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee, since it has been opened, which basically means you will get very%.
THIS NEEDS TO BE SHORTER BY AT LEAST 4 INCHES. MY LEGS DON'T HAVE TO BE LONGER JUST BECAUSE I'M FAT. MANUFACTURERS CONTINUE TO MAKE LARGE THINGS LARGE IN THE WRONG PLACES.
It works like a charm and takes crap like a champ with the extra-large thunder bucket, which I got for a family member who isn't featherweight and needs that extra support.
If you require additional height, this is the only bedside commode to consider. It's the one used in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.
