This is a great deal! As much of my leg as needed was covered. The area around the cast and foot is spacious. The band didn't hurt and I was able to put it on and take it All the way through it remained waterproof. We didn't see any stretch out or overstretching in the plastic. I still use it and it works great.

When it breaks, it's great. I used it from July through September It happened in early Sept, then again in mid-Dec. The product is helping save my life at the moment. I have had two whole foot surgeries to fuse the bones, and this is a life-saver for me. was unable to use it with the first cast you get out of surgery because it is big, thick, and Frankenstein-like I'm tall - I liked the structure, but the hard plastic ring was too small to fit on top. I'm two weeks away from getting my final cast removed, but when I went to take a shower the soft rubber immediately tore! This is such a painful experience that I have to secure a trash bag with a rubber band over my cast. In a nutshell, this product was great! This was the case until it wasn't. Assuming the condition lasted longer than four months, I would expect it to last at least a year It's perfect for you when you won't need it for as long as I did! If you don't need it as long as I did, then 3 uses per week is fine!.

My cast usually stays damp when I'm showering, so I ordered several bags and other similar products to help keep it dry. There was only one product that was the best. I always wear it with a water-tight seal around the top, and it completely covers my cast from just below my kneecap to the top of my foot. As a result of my height and leg length, I am 6'6". I would compare its thickness to that of my shower curtain. It is very heavy duty. In comparison with other purchases, this item is so much better made and very well made.
