Quite a long run (and is rather big). Although I worried that the water would make its way in, it didn't.
Thanks for visiting. Your splint will keep dry if you wear it that way. While we do not suggest wearing this while you sit in the bathtub, this leg shower cast protector can work well for normal showering. You are in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. I thank you for your help.
You can reuse our full leg shower cast cover for adults as long as you wash it. This washable material is neither slippery nor will it stick to your feet or legs.

From the top of my foot to the top of my thigh, I'm in a cast. It is very easy to put this on (with assistance since I cannot reach my foot) since I have about three fingers' clearance between my crotch and the top of the cast. At the top, I run my thumbs under the seal all the way around until it is seated in the rear, just above the cast. When I remove it, I get my thumbs under it and pull it around till it is around my cast again. Then I simply slide it.
As I read this, I know it is not recommended that I go into deep waters with it, but I decided to take the risk anyhow. I did not experience any leaks, tares, or loss of suction/connection while wearing this. Because of the large amount of material, I had to fold it and hold it with my leggings to ensure that it would not fall down, but it was still functional. Further adventures are in order for me, so I bought more! I would highly recommend this product!.
It seals well on the There is enough room for a large cast or boot to fit through the hole Weld seam near toe had a manufacturing defect that leaked, so it was given 3 stars. A return trip is in order I have updated the following information Once I received the replacement, I carefully inspected it from thigh to thigh, checking to make sure they were all welded securely. I found it to be perfectly uniform with no voids or areas where I could see a leak or failure developing. As I expected, this is what happened. In addition, I received a prompt and unprompted reply from the seller offering to make it right. It had already been re-sent to me I was pleased with the quick offer of assistance once my order was placed. This is now a 5 star rating.
When I finally was sent home after I had badly broken my right leg, they told me it was okay to shower but that I had to cover the wound. It worked perfectly the first time I used this. Even when I used direct water, not a single drop made its way to my wounds. The way that it seals around your leg without feeling tight is really good. They are made of really good quality as well. The plastic was not cheap at all as I had feared. It's a must-have for anyone who has trouble with their legs.
I had major surgery on my knee and needed to maintain a dry leg. For a period of 10 days, I was not allowed to shower. It took me a while to find this. I had purchased a foot protector last year for a friend (a nurse). Having tried it out on her good foot first, she went to her other foot next. It was completely dry on the feet. Following that, she was able to achieve the same results on her operating foot. As soon as I received a leg cast protector, I performed the same steps. I could not get my operative leg wet. During my test in the shower, the item did not appear slippery, but if possible you may want to sit on a shower bench or chair You may experience temporary balance changes if you are wearing a cast or have just had surgery. Toss a protector into a soft-sided bag after you have no longer needed it The recycling of plastics, or the trashing of plastics. It is essential to use this item as clean, dry, and sterile as it was at the time of purchase.
I had to undergo total knee replacement recently. In terms of the product specifically, I bought it so that I can take a shower and not have to wait three weeks. It was so well received by my Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist that they are going to recommend it to other patients because it is such a great product.
A cheap knockoff will leak. Do not fall for it. The wet cast you wear after surgery is very expensive to replace, and your doctor will think you are a fool if you bring it to the office soaked. Get this one instead. Despite my 6'2" height, this is foolproof, leakproof, and fits perfectly on my long legs (I am 6'2")
