To pull the plastic apart, I had to use my other hand, and it was very tight to put your hand through. Maybe because I am accustomed to it, I am able to do it much easier after a few attempts. The cast I have on my arm, where the surgery was performed, still needs to be very carefully pulled over it. In the event of pain, however, you may benefit from some assistance. Due to its stretchy nature, it is pretty easy to put and take off the gasket. Until now, there has not been a leak, really fine product. It has made my recovery much easier.
Rubber is re-usable, durable, and thick and durable, so it won't tear or tear easily. It can fit both your left and right hand, one at a time. Also, it is suitable for most unisex men and women of both sexes' lower arm, hand.
There are scratches. The product should not be used extended or vigorously in the pool, or submerged entirely for a long period of time.

During the month that I wore a cast for my broken hand, I broke my hand. For the first time, I was empowered to shower without worrying about getting my cast wet or getting hot and sweaty when I was in medically induced coma. Even though it is tight on the muscles, it prevents water from falling in, so it is worth the effort. This is what you need! Getting involved will not end up being a regret.
It keeps the arms dry better than other homemade remedies. My forearm has to be kept dry after wrist or hand surgeries in the past. Using this is much easier, more effective, and faster than how I've done it in the past. I have tried wrapping bags with rubber bands at the top of my forearm in the past, but even though this virtually cut off the circulation, it did not completely waterproof it. It would be faster if we could just use grocery bags, but even with the struggle, it is better than anything else.
She broke her wrist and will need surgery for the next few weeks. She will wear a cast on her forearm in the meantime. Since I did not want to tape a trash bag to her arm so the cast protected her arm, I ordered the cast protector. The cast protector fits so perfectly that it keeps all moisture out of her cast. She loves it because it is easy to slip over her cast, and the seal keeps everything snug. A more cost-effective and more effective solution would not have been possible to help her keep her This forearm protector goes all the way to the top of my wife's biceps, despite her being only five feet four inches.
I found this to work just as expected. It could have been a little shorter, but I would have liked it just a little bit Since I was just extremely excited about what it would be like to be able to shower without holding my arm up, I took the first shower with it for a little longer than usual. I was able to wipe away the condensation on the inside of the cast, but the cast itself did not suffer. It happened only once.
There was too much compression on my arm. I'm 150 pounds, and this did not fit me! This garbage is not worth the money you get to waste!.
You will experience great pain if you squeeze your injured arm or hand through the tiny opening on this cover if you have an injured hand or wrist.
I now can do it one-handed. There is a very tight seal hole in the seal. As a petite female, the sleeve feels very tight and overwhelming over time. It tingles a lot, even if I keep it in my hand. A good portion of my bicep is covered by it. There is no use for the thumb slot, but I don't believe its that important to have. Obviously, the cast sleeve is designed to keep your cast dry, so it accomplishes that purpose. The fact that I can slide this protector over my arm and not need to worry about it leaking or coming off in the shower is perfect for me. Even so, the manufacturer does state that the product is not designed for submersion.
It would have been better to get this one the first time around. My 9 year old daughter, who is a slim, average girl, broke her elbow and I bought a "child size" from another company that she was crying in. As for me, I also recently had surgery on my hand, and bought this one, which is still comfortable and seals well, so I could have used it for us both.
