I did a quick and painless test on our twins. My only gripe is that the envelope in which you return the swap is made of paper, and my swab was beginning to poke out, making me concerned that it wouldn't work. I recommend putting the swabs in the provided envelope and then sealing it with a zip lock bag. I'm hoping the company will take action on this. In just three days, I received the results.
