Product Description

Detects UTIs quickly, allowing you to get relief from burning and urgency while also avoiding more serious health issues. Even if you have a chronic problem with UTIs, don't let them become recurrent. Get a head start on them!
Most doctor's offices use the same type of UTI tests to diagnose a UTI, which is a highly effective natural approach. It's possible that the bladder control problem or yeast infection you're experiencing is a UTI.
Easy to Use: Wet pads in urine sample for 1-2 seconds, then compare pads to color chart to read results in 2 minutes. Reliable: Two tests in one – includes both Leukocyte (white blood cells) and Nitrite tests, which are both commonly used to diagnose a UTI.
Save time and money by testing for a UTI at home. FDA cleared for OTC use with guaranteed accurate test results, so you can test for a UTI privately and accurately. For frequent users, one bottle contains 25 tests.

On the chart, which color is normal?

The papers contained within the box will inform you of what is normal. The word "normal" should be written in small letters on the jar where the colors are displayed. It is necessary to read the information in the bqxach one as well as on the jar. In some cases, the color for normal is different from the color for e.

Purchase these test strips if you have a urinary tract infection
5/5

For the past two years, I've used these test strips. Unlike some of the name brands I've tried, these test strips are rarely defective; I found 1 in 22 defective test strips versus 1 in 8 defective AZO brand test strips. br>br>These test strips are simple to use and interpret. You'll need a urine sample that is free of contaminants. Avoid using wipes like those given out at the doctor's office, as they can skew the results. My preferred method is as follows: Dip the test strip into the urine in a sterile cup. Make sure the test strip's pads are completely saturated on both sides. br>br>Place the test strip on the counter, folded up in a paper towel. Allow two minutes to pass. You don't have a urinary tract infection if the pads on the test strip stay white. If the pads on the test strip turn colored, you may have a urinary tract infection. br>br>If the pads on the test strip turn colors, you may have a urinary tract infection. br>br>If the pads on the test strip turn colors, you may have a urinary tract infection. br>br>If the pads on the test strip turn colors, you may have a urinary tract infection. br>br>If the pads on the test strip turn colors Keep in mind that false positives can be caused by your monthly cycle, yeast infections, or medications. I usually use two test strips each day, one in the morning and one at night. Infection is usually indicated by similar results on both strips. br>br>With just one strip, these test strips can detect both leukocyte and nitrite levels. Other, more expensive brands tend to only test for one of the two. I prefer having two different indicators because I believe it results in a more accurate result and reduces the risk of a false positive. br>br>Once you've opened these test strips, keep them in their original container in a cool, dry place. The strips should be discarded within three months of opening, according to the manufacturer. I've used strips that have been open for six months and they are just as accurate as new strips. Mine is kept in a cabinet in my kitchen. br>br>Once you've confirmed you have a urinary tract infection, schedule an appointment with your doctor, Planned Parenthood, or Doctor on Demand. In some areas, Planned Parenthood offers online treatment for urinary tract infections, which is accepted by most insurance plans. When I have a urinary tract infection, I prefer to use Doctor On Demand. I can upload a photo of the test strip with positive results to Doctor On Demand, and they will treat my urinary tract infection right away. Some employers, such as mine, provide a $10 co-worker incentive. Doctor On Demand costs money, but your first visit is usually free. br>br>These test strips have saved me multiple trips to the doctor's office, as opposed to the name brand strips (AZO), which cost $3 per strip. When I tested these test strips against name brand strips, I found that they were just as accurate. br>br>I had five AZO test strips left, so I decided to use them alongside these test strips. The positive AZO results appeared as colorful on these strips, indicating an infection. None of the AZO test strips yielded a positive result that these test strips contradicted. All of the brands were on the same page. br>br>I used to get urinary tract infections once or twice a month, if not more. I have Vulvodynia, and it's difficult to tell whether the pain is caused by that or by a urinary tract infection, so I use home test strips. I was able to keep my urinary tract infections, which are usually caused by medications, to one or two per year by making some lifestyle changes. br>br>Take AZO Urinary Tract Defense right away if you think you have a urinary tract infection or are experiencing symptoms of one. If you take it as soon as you notice the first signs of an infection, you can often prevent it from becoming a full-blown infection. AZO no longer turns your urine red or orange, making it much easier to take than in the past. br>br>If you know what causes your urinary tract infections, such as taking certain prescription medications or engaging in sexual activity, you can take AZO before taking the medication or engaging in sexual activity to prevent a urinary tract infection. If you already have an infection, AZO can help you manage the pain and frequency of your urination until you can see a doctor.

Despite wearing 100% cotton white underwear and using only natural pads for my bladder leakage and using only unscented bath products I still ended up with urinary tract I didn't go to urgent care until I had to. The doctor at the urgent care told me about the benefits of cranberry (which I already knew about) and D-pantothenic acid (which I didn't know about). Mannose should be consumed every day. br>br>I was sceptical because I had previously tried cranberry products and they had never worked for me. Despite this, I followed the doctor's advice and had not had a single urinary tract infection in six months. I now only get infections when my PH level fluctuates, which is usually caused by antibiotics or Prednisone. br>br>I'm now taking 12,600 mg of Cranberry twice a day and 1,500 mg of D-Ascorbic Acid. Mannose should be taken twice a day. Breakfast and dinner are when I take my doses. My UTIs have almost completely disappeared as a result of their treatment. Cranberry capsules from Best Naturals and D-Vitamins from Now Foods are what I use. Capsules of mannose Give them a shot if you're suffering from UTIs. br>br>Having to deal with a urinary tract infection is never pleasant. I can avoid trips to the lab, which can take days to receive results, by using test strips like these. I'd be a happy camper if I could just figure out how to avoid going to the doctor for other life issues.

Strips MAY be good for up to 90 days after they've been opened
3/5

When we first received these test strips, they were just fine. First, I used myself as a control, and the leukocyte test came back accurate, but the nitrite test came back slightly pink. I also checked with water, and it was the same, so I just used that as a baseline. However, a few weeks later (a little over a month), all of the test strips were showing positive for both tests, despite the fact that I had stored it in a dry, cool place as a precaution. I believe you should put them in a zip lock bag along with an extra O2 absorber and moisture packet. This warning, however, should be placed as the first bullet point: "Once the bottle of test strips is opened, the tests are good for 90 days. " or less. But, as I previously stated, it was still within the time frame, and ALL of the strips were positive; however, I do not believe I would purchase again.

It didn't work out
3/5

I've been referred to the emergency room (EDIT: I've been referred to the emergency room (It could have been a mistake on the part of the user. ) (EDIT: It's possible that I used these past the 90-day expatriation period due to user error. I can't recall what happened. I'd hate to give this a bad review if it was my fault; I've never had a false negative from pharmacy strips, and since it's difficult to use 25 in 90 days, it's possible that the strips expired too soon. Check out the other reviews to see if it's worth a shot. )br>br>Don't Work. br>Details: br> br>I had major surgery and needed these because I'm prone to UTIs and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting infections after being catheterized. I needed to keep track of my symptoms because the pain meds I was taking obscured them. These revealed that I was fine for two weeks before being admitted to the emergency room with severe pain and blood in my urine as a result of a two-week-long UTI. (I used these right before going to the ER, and they came back negative)br>br>The tests at the pharmacy are extremely expensive, and it isn't fair, but I learned my lesson while trying to save money.

Terrible
3/5

These were purchased for my 84-year-old mother, who suffers from advanced Parkinson's disease. The tab stated that she had an infection that required her to be taken to the doctor (a task that was neither simple nor painless for her), but she did not have an infection. They are, in my opinion, a waste of time. Others had said the same thing, but all I wanted to do was hope. UTIs in the elderly are dangerous, so I was desperate for these to work.

visits and unnecessary tests are no longer necessary. If you purchase this item, disregard the color chart included in the packaging and instead use the one printed directly on the box. There are also only a few steps (place a small sample in a cup, insert test strip, place strip on paper towel, and wait for the color to change). I'm not sure why the directions are so lengthy. The instructions could be contained on a single small sheet with bullet points, an FAQ if necessary, and a more accurate color chart inside the box. If you're not sure whether you have a UTI or not, this item works exactly as advertised and saves you money on a doctor's visit. OR - If your insurance covers a program like MDLIVE, all you have to do is call and tell them what the strips showed so they can prescribe a treatment plan. br>br>Excellent product, mediocre insert / test range instructions, but I'd buy this kit again and recommend it to a friend. This product was given to me at a reduced cost in exchange for an honest review.

The process is simple and quick
5/5

These are fantastic! It's so convenient to have on hand and test for a UTI at any time before visiting the doctor. Many Teledocs will treat you without having to visit their office; it's also great for little ones who are more prone to utis while potty training but don't want to pee in a cup in the doctor's office. It's simple to use, read, and understand. Lasts about 3 minutes. Moisture seems to have gotten in and ruined them after 6 months in their original container.
