Questions & Answers

Do you prefer a formal or casual outfit if you were only allowed to buy Every week, I work out five times a week, and I also spend most of my time in front of a computer. Can you tell me the best way to make both of these work?

Quite casual, really. There is hardly anyone I know who uses theirs when they work My casual tee is great for warm ups. I use it at my desk daily for a few hours. Despite the fact that I go to the gym about 5 days a week, I don't bother. Please note that the recommended size chart assumes that everyone has a proportionally built body. If you have a large back, go up a size.

Do you think it should be tight? Rank the following on a scale of 1 to 10 Normally, a snug fit is a 10 with 10 being the tightest. For me, it would be like a 5 or 6. Is that snug ?

There should be no discomfort or feeling as if it is cutting off circulation. rate it as a 6 on a 10 point scale. It is comfortable for me to wear mine for up to three hours or more. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the manufacturer directly, their customer service is excellent.

Would a size medium or large be more appropriate if my weight is between 180 and 195 pounds?

It is a large size

Does it have the strength to suspend a person so that they can stretch their spinal cord? There are loops on the top so that it can be hung. ?

That is something I don't know about. There is no way to tell if the loops will support the weight of someone hanging from them. They are strong, but I don't know if they can support the weight. The answer is probably no. It's only a guess at this point.

This helps me to keep my posture in check
4/5

Quality materials and a quality construction is what I appreciate about this. During the days I work (four days a week), I wear this for approximately four hours a day. Those who ordered a large (5'7′′ and 175 pounds) can expect it to arrive in three weeks or less. In relation to the rest of my body, I have a large chest and shoulders. Curious as to how an XL will fit me, I'd like to try it on. I would not recommend any Medium to any man over the age of 18. I find it uncomfortable after about three or four hours of wearing it in the axillae. The problem gets worse when my shoulders drift forward, so if anything, it motivates me to wear the shirt a little bit It was my philosophy when I purchased this product to stop myself from developing kyphosis as a result of shoulder pronation. Having used this for a while, I do believe I am receiving the value I'm looking for. The thing is, I wear it under my scrubs (with an undershirt) while I'm at work. No one notices. According to some review I saw, it does tend to climb the back, and one person attached a bungi to the back handle. By doing so, he was able to lower the bowtie This seemed to be a very clever idea, but I have never put it to the test. As much as I'd prefer it to stay at a lower level, the riding up does bother me. It is often so slippery that I have to ask my girl to pull it down for me if I'm wearing it in However, it only alleviates the problem for a short while, and then it drifts back along where it wants to be. This would be a good option for me. do not know its effectiveness when lifting weights or strengthening muscles because I have never used it for weight.

You are going to have to ease yourself into it a little bit
5/5

It's amazing what this thing does! The abuse I have done to my shoulders has left them in poor condition. With this device, they are seated correctly and I am given a good application of pressure on the joints, so I am not in pain while doing normal activities while wearing it. wear this before and after I perform weight lifting movements, but not while lifting weights. In addition to wearing it while I work, I wear it when I am seated The last thing is that I've found it really helps me when I run. Please note that this is not a jacket you'll wear every day. Taking it slowly will help you to get used to It would be uncomfortable if we did otherwise. It is wonderful to receive a reward if you take your time and make good efforts.

All of them did not give me the feeling of holding my shoulders back and chest out
5/5

As it turns out, I have a bit of a hunched upper back and Mom was right the whole time. I have tried a few of these types of braces in the past and haven't been thrilled with them. It did not feel like one of them held my shoulders back and chest out as it should. It is a lot more expensive than the one I had been using, but a medical student and personal trainer I know owns this one and says it is the best one. As a result, I got it and I must What it does is what it is meant to do. Getting this one is the best option. The fact that you can see it when you wear it is obvious,.

Item that is actually functional and well made
5/5

By standing straight, it serves to remind you to do so. do this, you will not feel uncomfortable at all, and your back will be relieved of strain. If you are willing to exert a little bit of effort, you can get it on by yourself. I can confirm that it works. For a longer period of time than 30 minutes, I wouldn't recommend wearing it The vest can be worn 40 minutes at a time. The vest is very sturdy and well made. You can wear it every day for that amount of time.

The product is superior to its competitors
5/5

During my training sessions with my personal trainer I heard about this product. While I did find an inferior version for a cheaper price, I found that the solution I found didn't really seem to provide as much benefit or feel as comfortable. In order to avoid wasting money on a cheaper solution, choose an adequate I would recommend this product because it is of very high quality and worth the extra cost. Solid construction, I'm sure to get many years of use out of it.

As far as I can tell, this was the right size It might be a problem for you
3/5

As far as I can tell, this was the right size Observation If you wear for more than 30 minutes, the strap that wraps around upper arm and chest (armpit) places stress on the nerves that supply your arm. As a result, your arms or hands become Wearing this device for a long period of time is not recommended. Look for another solution if this is your only option.

It has only been about 4 weeks since I have begun using it
4/5

As I only use it for a few weeks, I'm still getting used to it. I have improved my posture significantly since then, and I have experienced a significant decrease in my back pain. The hearing aid takes some time to get used to, but I use it for 8 hours each The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I think the material can be improved since it can be a bit tough for the armpits.

Does the job, but is uncomfortable
3/5

There was a debate in my mind between giving this a 2 or a 3. The first thing I should clarify is that I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week behind a desk. It is common to feel pain in the neck or shoulders. As soon as I put it on, I feel better and my posture is corrected. I usually feel fine under my arms for an hour or two before it starts pinching. The elastic is also coming away from the fabric shortly after I got it. I do not know if I received a dud or what I am unsure. The height of me is 5'11" and the weight is 195 pounds As I'm 200 pounds and have a muscular build, I went with a large, but I wonder if an XL would fit.
