According to my observations, this has got to be the best cold therapy wrist wrap I have ever seen. I haven't tried other versions, but can attest to its excellent The stitching is excellent and the materials are of high quality. You can insert your thumb into a hole and then wrap it around your wrist and forearm without having to ask for help from someone else, which is a huge plus for me. While it is not a wrist brace, we can use it for wrist pain. Cold therapy is the only use for it. The product is excellent.

I made the gift for my sister, who has been suffering from hand pain for several years now. Their services have not been used by me personally. The past 5+ years would have been so much better if I had this. The inflammation might have prevented the carpal tunnel syndrome from getting so bad if I'd kept it in check during the first few months. Oh well, it's helping.
This product is made with high-quality and durable material that will last for a long time. I am much more flexible with this wrap than the other ones I have used in the past. I like that it can be wrapped around my wrist twice with no problem, and that the ice packs go all the way up, not just around the hand. It is also great for headaches - my friend has told me she has used it for her headaches and feels better!.
My wrist has been affected by carpal tunnel for 8 or more years, and the fact that I worked from home during COVID without an ergonomic keyboard, mousepad or what have you has taken its toll on my wrist. So, I got this to wear I was happy with the results. It holds the ice packs and makes it easy to carry. Obviously, I wouldn't take it out in public because it's bulky with both packs in, but, like I said, it does what it's supposed to. It means that I do not have to clip on icepacks to my wrist or use tea towels or ace bandages to tie them so that is a good investment in my opinion. Despite that, the product does come a little smelly, so I aired it out in front of a window for a day or two before I used.
