It was purely an act of curiosity for me, without any expectations. It's amazing, that's what I've found. Four more bulbs (at regular price) were purchased for my floor lamp since it has five already. What makes these bulbs so attractive to me? (1) Integrates easily with the Echo and Alexa. It does not require any additional software to run. All you need to do is install the bulbs, turn them on, and tell Alexa to "Find my new devices". (2) My floor lamp has five bulbs, so I want them to be controlled as a group, and this was easy to do as I can group the bulbs as "lights in the living room". (3) I am not very happy with Alexa in general as the connection with my iPad (the device I use to choose music to play on Echo) is not always stable, and Alexa often fails to understand the type of music I want The connection has been stable and reliable with these bulbs, and Alexa has always understood my commands so far ("Turn on the lights" "Turn off the lights" "Good night" "Turn the lights to blue" "Turn 50% on").
