Ideal for use in a studio setting. It is well lit. I've noticed that I've had to replace quite a few of these bulbs. br>At the bottom, they split and crack. Inserting and twisting must be done with extreme caution. br>I really like the bulb and how bright it is. For my photography studio, this is ideal. I'm a food photographer who takes a lot of photographs of food. The bulbs, on the other hand, are of poor quality. If anyone has an idea for a different bulb, please let me know.
This is the light for you if you want a soft light that does not shine too brightly. For my videos, I needed something that was a little brighter. I should've gone with the 110 or a higher number. Now I understand. The item itself is of good quality, and it perfectly fits my limo lamp sockets.
Both were used for the same amount of time in the same type of fixture, and one had already failed. For 30 days of light, it's a bit pricey.
I hoped it would brighten up my computer-generated videos - This lamp has a recommended lumen output of 1600 lumens. It brightened, but it didn't have the softening effect I was looking for. I decided to go with a ring light with filters that could be adjusted. A light bulb is something I'm not sure I can return.
However, everything came together in the end. Despite being shorter than my other studio light bulbs, it produces plenty of light. I'll be satisfied as long as this bulb lasts as long as an LED bulb.
I use these lights on a daily basis. For my business, they are ideal for lighting products. Perfect.
These are listed as 3" x 3" x 8"br>However, they are closer to 2" x 2" x 7"br>It may not matter to some, but I have photo studio lights that require 3" diameter bulbs, and these do not work.
