We purchased a home with a faulty septic system three years ago. When it rained even a small amount, it smelled awful and the pipes gurgled. And it had only been a year since the last cleaning! The product is fine, but the delivery was poor. Two bottles were ordered- a year's supply, and when it arrived, the UPS driver couldn't get away fast enough, and it turned out that the shipping container was drenched in Rid-It. X that had seeped out of the sealed containers. As a result, I gave them back to you - Then I tried a second purchase of two bottles, which resulted in a similar leakage problem with the exception that more product escaped the bottles. My recommendation is to avoid purchasing Rid. X online.
I ordered a few of these bottles, as well as some other items. The liquid from these had gotten all over my other belongings when I received them.
