I'm doing good
4/5

You can reserve packaging when making There are certain scenarios in which this polish would be useful. The majority of my time is spent polishing silver since I work with antiques. Suitable for lightly tarnished pieces, they are durable and cost-effective The tarnish won't come off with these cleaners, however, particularly if it is thick and crusty. Though they are very convenient, they are also extremely fast. The company also does a great job on pieces that have been generally well maintained but have just become dark. The finish they leave on the pieces also prevents tarnish for a little while.

Since I know what jobs I want them on, I bought these to make sure I have them around. In terms of overall ease of use and finish, I give it five stars - Due to the packaging, I have docked a star. For some reason, there are two wipes per packet instead of one in the packets in the tin - the packets are sealed to keep the wipes wet. As soon as the packet is opened, both items begin to dry out. If the wipes are to be reused, they must first be moistened with mineral spirits or vegetable oil- Putting something intended as a convenience to use in such a way is not convenient. It would be nice to be able to produce a whole new tin of wipes each time one drains rather than having to refresh half of them every time. It's irritating to also have to carry a baggie when you have used up a wipe, and you still have to carry a baggie to put the unused wipe in after you have used it up. I think this is probably an annoyance of a very specific nature- Who knows, but maybe useful to someone else In any case- If you have to deal with everyday tarnish on a high speed, this is a good product.

I have never used something so good for brass polishing
4/5

I have never used something so good for brass polishing. They are great for cleaning up brass on my musket when I've returned from parades. The act of enacting an event. With minimal manual effort, these work wonderfully. I've used Nevr-cut before and I absolutely love it. It's dull and while it does work, it doesn't last as long as these pads' compound. This means they have been "re-" I purchased my first cloth from my local hardware store. It is very "wettable" with a couple drops of mineral oil and lasts a long time. A nice heavy-duty bag is included with each order This bag is made with heavy duty metal foil and can be reused The cloth does not dry out since it can be used over and over again. They are packaged in a thin "mylar" bag without a zipper in this bulk package. It may be a good idea to put in a couple pouches or zipper bags to keep the snacks in so you can keep them properly stored in the tin.

It is an amazing result
5/5

There is something magical about this stuff. Using it to restore one of my antique brass floor lamps, I hoped to bring back the lamp's shine after it had become dull. A lamp of incredible beauty was revealed instead by those gentle little cloths You need only look at the before and after photos to see just how good the result is. The truth will set me free It certainly takes some elbow grease to restore something like this This cleaning process was made a lot simpler with these polishing cloths. Watch years of tarnish fade away with a gentle rub of the surface. There is no dye in the cloth Their abrasive and scratch-free nature makes them ideal for metal polishing, and (contrary to many other polishing products), they have a pleasant smell. I give it five.

Steel and gold watches come out beautifully with this polishing cloth
5/5

Watches and jewelry that suffer from normal wear and tear and minor scratches are perfect for use with Cape Cod. It is easy for clasps to pick up scratches, but these cloths remove very little material at all. A warning

Earlier, I said that it will improve steel or gold, but it won't work A few scratches will remain on the mirror polish, but they will not return to brand new. It is impossible to do this by hand, not even with machines. When this is all that is left of your watch, then you should think about it if you have scratches you simply cannot live with and it won't need a full service for a couple of years. You don't need to use a lot of force to pull the door open. Afterwards, you should buff and wipe the excess off with a soft cloth, then wash it all off with warm soapy If you wish to polish center links of a bracelet then the brushed outer links must be taped off in order to prevent polishing them. There is no point in buying a product like this if it looks terrible and you will need to polish it professionally, which defeats the purpose of buying it. Do not underestimate the danger!.

It's awesome! I highly recommend it
5/5

Metal polish by Cape Cod has become my go-to polish for polishing watches now that I love watches. Anyone who values their timepieces and wants to preserve its luster will want to use a quality polish at home at some point. There are very clear instructions on the lid of this very stylish can, and the manufacturer takes great pride in such a classy design. For silver, gold, brass, copper, nickel, pewter, aluminium, and stainless steel, the polish is used. If it is used on a metal surface, like watches and kitchen utensils, it can be used. I can't confirm that it will work with bush craft knives with some kind of decorative coating on the handle. It says you can lightly polish coated metals, so I'm assuming it will work just as well with a light touch - In the kit, you will find twelve sheets measuring 4/6", one microfiber buffing cloth, as well as one pair of large blue nitrile gloves. There is mineral oil and polishing compound on the towel cloths and the towel cloths are thick enough so they can be reused. My test on a stainless steel pan has been a complete success, and it has been It has been a few years since I cleaned my two Seiko watches that I wear every day for work. I found a deep pit in the outer bezel of my kinetic watch the outer bezel was fairly scratched up My goal was to remove scratches from the stainless steel, so I applied a stronger polish to do so. This would also make a great recommendation for those who have never used polishing cloths. Detailing the pieces of fine jewelry you own will come in handy for several reasons The following Q- These tips will help you get started The cotton head of Q should be cut off If you angle the tip at a sharp angle, you will get a non-magnetic tip A scratch tip is useful for cleaning around the crown, back case, and between the lugs.

Extra microfiber clothes are optional. For better results, switch to a new polishing and buffing cloth when the old one turns gray. In the pictures below, I have shown you the results of the polish. Some of the scratches are actually fiber filaments of microfiber, but, as you can see, the bright light as well as the reflectance of my hands are reflective of the mirror-like In these pictures, I tried to get some angles so you could see the shine, and the polish really brings it out!.

I am amazed! It is not usually my habit to review things, but this product does deserve my attention
5/5

The comparison between the old and new pictures shocked me. I put about a half hour into this and I was stunned at the results. My life was truly brought back to life when I listened to that. It is worn on the wrist. There is a lot to learn from these photographs!.
