I made a mess when I tried to cook rice on an electric range for the first time. A charred residue was left behind after the water boiled out and the rice burned in the pot. Brillo did not work, even though I tried desperately to clean the pot. Using this product, I was able to keep my pot, as you can see from the before and after pictures. What you need to know is this. You can use this powder for stubborn stains like burned rice if you add a little hot water to it, then leave it to sit for 30 minutes and scrub as you normally would. Three times I had to repeat the washing process till my pot was clean, but it was well worth it because I got a clean pot My experience with clads is that they are quite expensive.

I have used them to polish my furniture and to remove stains with quick success.

In the end, we decided to buy Bar Keepers Friend Cookware Cleanser and Polish on Amazon, after learning that it is bleach-free All of our products are free, biodegradable, and disposable I was skeptical about whether it would work well. I had heard good things about it, but didn't get to use it because it was abrasive. I had had such bad luck finding a decent cleanser locally that I was really worried The reservations have already been cancelled! In order to test this cleanser out to the fullest, we chose the worst water-based cleaner available The house has rusted stainless steel that is discolored and stained We have a kitchen sink in our house. In the attachment you will see some images Presented here is a before and after photo of the right side (the side with the garbage disposal) of a full sink, using this product on the left side already cleaned with it. Be particularly wary of water build-up caused by hard water Between the two sinks is our dish drainer, located in the center column of the room! In the other two images, you can see the before and after close-ups The right side of the sink from above. There is a stark difference between the two. Even though it took some elbow grease (well done, removed countless stains that no other cleanser could touch. If you have really tough stains, you can make a paste with this powder and water and let it sit for a couple of minutes before scrubbing and rinsing it off. By doing this, the heavily set-up area is removed These stains, as well as soap stains, rust, and discoloration (center of garbage disposal opening) are caused by hard water. The hard water stains on the center column of the sink have disappeared as well. The cleanser was also noted as not being abrasive by my husband. We are both confident that it is safe to use on appliances, mixing bowls, and cookware without worrying that it will scratch or corrode their finishes. There is no way I can recommend this cleaner highly This stainless steel cleaner does all the things a great stainless steel cleaner is supposed to do, but nothing else. The two packs this time around worked for me, but next time, I'll pick up the four packs. If your kitchen is full of stainless steel like ours, then you can never have too much of this stuff on hand! Bar Keeper's Friend has been my preferred cleaner for all my All Clad cookware for years, based on its own recommendation from As a result of receiving the All Clad Cookware Cleaner today, I thoroughly cleaned two pans with the All Clad Cleaner, and then the other two with Bar Keeper's Friend.
As a result, I found that there was absolutely no difference in performance. As a matter of fact, both products smell exactly the same. This kind of product appears to be made by Bar Keeper's Friend I will say that the plastic container from All Clad has a much better lid than the cardboard container from Bar Keeper's Friend, which had an open top. It is simply a matter of luck that the AC container comes with . So there you go. If you wish to clean your container, I recommend the All Clad Cleaner In the next few days, I will refill the container with My cookware is left as shiny as the day it was purchased with this cleaner, which is specifically for stainless steel pans. I use it on my mirror finish All Clad Copper Core and it is the best cleaner I have ever used. My recommendation for this product is strong.

I used the cleaner to clean a number of I was able to easily and thoroughly remove all the yellow markings on the bottom of the boat. Using this method, you can also remove black spots, but you'll have to exert some effort. Using the product is very easy, just wet the pan with warm water and sprinkle a generous amount, spread it out like a paste. Then wait for few minutes, then use a sponge to wipe away most stains - the black stains require the scrubby part. The product is great and I would buy it.

By using this stuff plus ScotchBrite (the green nylon stuff, never use steel wool on your cookware) you can get rid of all kinds of nasty stuff and restore the shine In addition to keeping the new set looking great, I have also been slowly bringing back to life an older, burnt up, very blackened stainless set. Although not all of the old blackened gunk has been removed, I am amazed at the difference. Please take note In my wife's case, steel wool did not make the scratches disappear that made the set stick, but instead made them more scratched up and sticky. It did not get the old set as clean and shiny as BKF and ScotchBrite.

Gets my stainless steel cookware looking new without much effort. The frying pan was brand new, but a visiting friend managed to thrash it within days of arriving. Besides leaving it on high heat with nothing in it (but when I think about it I assume that's what happened), I have no idea how she was able to make it look so bad. Although I tried making a baking soda paste, I could barely see any effect. My first attempt involved soaking the pan in Bar Keepers Friend and scrubbing it with a Dobie pad. I made some progress, but I still need to work on it. Then I made a paste out of Bar Keepers Friend and applied it to the most stubborn spots. I let it sit for a short time then scrubbed with the Dobie pad for a few minutes, and all the dirt and grease came off and the pan looked brand new. The stuff here is awesome. This is a 5 star review.
