I've never had any issues using it on granite.
On clear glass, it was perfectly safe. The grout I have, on the other hand, is white and cleans up beautifully. I'm not sure about the product's color retention; is there any way you could test it on a small area?
Yes, this product is superior to others I've tried. Ecolab warns, however, that if the grout has been chemically stained, it will not be effective in bleaching the stains out. Two of my showers are made of glass. One is old and has etched stains on the glass, while the other is relatively clean and only has calcium buildup from hard water. The Zoom does not repair the etched glass, but it does a fantastic job cleaning the calcium and scum.
I've used it on shower tiles and tubs, as well as white fabric, and I'd use it on the toilet if the cost wasn't prohibitive.

it . This appears to be a clorine gel of considerable thickness. It stays put, and the crud is washed away when you scrub it! I used it on some moldy vertical grout lines and simply rinsed it away to reveal clean, white grout lines.
I had my reservations about this product, but instead of going through the hassle of recaulking (single women do not recaulk), I decided to give it a shot. I used the gel and left it on for about an hour (it's not runny and stays put, which is a plus). To get into all of the crevices, I used an old toothbrush and wiped it down with a sponge. This is incredible. All of the stains had vanished completely. Furthermore, while it does have a bleach odor, it is not particularly toxic and does not necessitate the use of a gas mask. However, be sure to put on your rubber gloves. This is unquestionably a five-star product!.
My bathtub tile grout was in bad shape, and I'd tried a number of different products from my local drugstore with no luck. The Ecolab Gel Pro did an excellent job, and my tile grout now has a much better appearance. One thing to keep in mind about this product is that it is designed for commercial use, which is why it works so well but also why you must have good ventilation wherever you use it. The stench is quite strong.
Great product that removes stains quickly and effectively while also leaving the room feeling and smelling fresh. Make sure there's plenty of ventilation if you're going to do this - The use of a fan is very beneficial.
This is an excellent product. I attempted to re-create the situation. Order was placed, but it was not filled.
