It's a spray-on product that you can forget about. Allow it to dry and go about its business. When using, keep it away from your eyes and away from your skin. When all other options had failed, it removed the mold spots from my deck ceiling. It has a lot of power, so use it with caution. If you're spraying over your head, you should wear eye protection, long sleeves, and long pants. Never send a boy to do a man's job when it comes to mold removal! Just follow your instincts. This is a caustic liquid that is harmful to both plants and humans.

Bleach is what it is. It's a bleach with a high concentration of chlorine. For days afterward, you'll be able to smell bleach. As the owner of a professional mold remediation company, I understand the dangers of using bleach. Due to specification requirements, I had no choice but to use this. Although it worked, it was far from ideal. Unless absolutely necessary, I would not use it again.

I have tried all of the manufacturer's suggestions for cleaning and treating it, and while they all work to some extent, RMR outperforms them all. Stains disappear instantly with no scrubbing, and the deck looks bright and fungus free. I use it twice a season and couldn't be happier with the results. Works well with T1 11 siding as well.

From my cabin's basement, I sprayed this on the bottom side of 100-year-old floor trusses and flooring. It instantly brightened the heavily darkened wood and eliminated the musty odor. It left a bleach/ammonia odor, which has faded in recent days. that I expect to vanish once I open up the cabin and air it out in the spring.

Typical household bleach contains 5% Sodium Hypochlorite. This stuff contains 7% Sodium Hypochlorite. In 15 seconds, a super heavy (solid black) attic mold was gone. If that doesn't work, try household bleach; if that doesn't work, this will.

The only drawback was that there was no way to attach it to a water hose to apply it, but that wasn't a problem because I went to Lowe's and bought a hose attachable bottle sprayer, poured the liquid into it, sprayed the house, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then rinsed it off on the really bad mildew on the north side of the house, Only one of the others was damaged, and it now appears to be in good condition. I will use both Amazon and this product again because it is a fantastic product with quick delivery.

This is essentially bleach that has been doubled in strength. Molds respond well to this treatment. Respect is required of you - It has the potential to burn your eyes, and it does not store as well or for as long, but it does the job. For more experienced people, I would recommend it.

This is my second bottle, but this time I went with a larger size to accommodate all of my work. It was a huge success. In a matter of seconds, the stains and mildew on my siding and metal carport vanished. I never expected it to work so well, so I went with the larger size; I don't think it should cost as much, but there's nothing I can do about that; however, it should be more reasonably priced.
