Take two tablets three times a day, according to the package instructions. I was fine taking two in the morning and two in the evening, and it really helped with my hot flashes. I'd still get them, but in a much milder form. If you take Lydia Pinkham for a while and then stop because you don't think it's working, you'll notice that it does help to lessen the severity of the flashes. I no longer have hot flashes after several years, but I did take Lydia Pinkham for about eight years after I stopped taking hormones and started having them.

I'm still stunned because I can't believe it worked. I used to believe that I couldn't get pregnant because of a cycle issue.
