In January, I had another extremely heavy period, which prompted me to seek medical attention. They performed an ultrasound and discovered I had a very thick uterine lining. I also had a very heavy period that felt like I was bleeding to death. The synthetic progestin was prescribed by the doctor, and when I googled it, I discovered that EVERYONE despised it and wished they hadn't started taking it. As a result, I failed to do so. I did some research on natural progesterone cream and decided to give this one a try. I used it twice a day, right before going to bed and right after getting out of the shower in the morning. The first thing I noticed was how soundly I slept. Until my morning alarm, I was out like a light and heavy sleep. I hadn't had a headache in two weeks, which was the next thing I noticed. I had a lot of headaches, about a couple a week. I assumed the proof would be found in my next period, which I was dreading due to the previous three months' experience. It arrived on time (so I put the cream on hold because you shouldn't use it during your period), I crossed my fingers, and. . . This is fantastic news! Day one was scant, day two was moderate, day three was heavy, and now it's day four and I'm back to scant. It appears to be a miracle! I would strongly suggest it. I was really hoping for a full hysterectomy, and I think I've gotten away from the ablation my doctor recommended. I wish doctors were more aware of the benefits of natural progesterone over synthetic progesterone; the side effects are completely different, the risk of cancer is completely different, and the outcomes appear to be completely different.
I've had three miscarriages, but the month I started this, I got pregnant and carried it to full term before giving birth.
This should be used by any woman in this age range. I was depressed and tearful a few years ago. "Honey, you need to try progest cream and you'll feel all better," she said when I walked into a health food store and told her how I was feeling. " I walked out to my car in the parking lot and rubbed a generous amount all over the insides of my arms for the first time. I couldn't believe it when I started to notice a difference right away. I've been using this product since that day, and it's now been over a decade. I'm 55 years old and, based on what I've read about my new symptom, I'll be adding the DHEA supplement to this line next month. I don't think I could survive without this fantastic product; why suffer when you don't have to?.
Perimenopause slammed into me like a ton of bricks. Almost overnight, I experienced heavy bleeding (emergency room-level bleeding), panic attacks, and uncontrollable crying. My OB/GYN said I was entering menopause and that my progesterone levels were very low, which was causing the severe bleeding, mood swings, and other symptoms, and that she wanted to start me on synthetic hormones. I was adamant about not doing it. Begin by looking into natural options. Dr. Lee's book has been located. This progesterone has been in my system for about 6 weeks. Normalization of the menstrual cycle. Anxiety attacks are no longer a problem for me. There will be no more inexplicable crying. I like that this is made from natural ingredients (wild yam) rather than being created in a lab. This cream has completely changed my life.
I'm a "survivor" of the early stages of perimenopause and menopause. I had severe periods, then no periods, bloating, anxiety, depression, and, of course, hot flashes. It took me four years and a lot of research and support to find a natural blend of remedies for my issues. I had severe periods, then no periods, bloating, anxiety, depression, and, of course, hot flashes. This cream has made a significant difference in my life. I began with just the Estriol and have recently added the Progest cream to my regimen. As I previously stated, I conducted extensive research, spoke with numerous doctors, and underwent extensive bloodwork. So, before trying anything, I would strongly advise people to consult their doctor and have their levels checked. I had a bad reaction to the Progest cream the first time I used it, and it put me in a bad mood. Thankfully, I figured out it was the cream and was able to use a smaller amount that still worked. To cut a long story short, these creams have been working out well so far. So, after speaking with a doctor, I would recommend giving them a try! I hope this information is useful.
Because I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease, maintaining a healthy level of progesterone is critical for my sleep and overall health. This has proven to be an excellent natural option for me.
After having my Hormonal IUD removed two months ago, I began to experience anxiety and hair loss within days. Not something I'm used to. It got progressively worse until I discovered it was a hormonal imbalance caused by the removal of the synthetic progestin from the IUD through research. You're not crazy; it's your IUD, so use it until things get back to normal.
You only need a dine-sized dot per night, six days a week, to make them last a long time.
