I think this product does what it should, but give a warning if you have any problems as I was ttc, did not get a normal LH surge, and it was recommended I try organic vitex by my chiropractor/naturopath. Although I only have two children now, I had not previously experienced any problems. At the beginning of the year, I began taking this. The LH surge that occurred in August was incredible. In consequence, I became severely deformed of the ovarian cavities. Without surgery, it would have required a lot of pain, but in recent weeks it began to shrink. For several years, when I couldn't find any research showing that vitex was related to cysts, I was forced to continue taking it; My doctor told me that it seems to help with cysts, in fact.
