For me, it reduces acne in a matter of days. I'm not sure how it works, but it appears to be effective for me. I'm not sure why it's used for that, or even if it is. My T levels were at an all-time high, so I started taking it. I developed acne after I stopped taking it (it was very expensive). It went away within a few days after I restarted it.
It doesn't have any caffeine in it.
I got it to help with symptoms like itchy or sore nipples while I waited for something stronger, and no, it does not work for gyno. In fact, I can't see any difference, despite a doctor's suggestion that it might help with symptoms like itchy or sore nipples. Try raloxifene for gyno.

I was pleased to discover that this product has changed my life after being referred by my neurologist to help balance my hormones related to my menstrual cycle and uterine fibroids. I was going to need two surgical procedures and now, after only three months on DIM, both problems are completely resolved. My other prescriptions and supplements have had no negative side effects for me. In addition, I take a calcium D supplement. Glucarate, and the two of them together provide me with the best results for my medical needs. I am a 44-year-old woman who has given birth to four children naturally (no c-sections). section, I had a tubal ligation nearly 19 years ago, and my cycle now resembled that of a 20-year-old woman. My hormonal acne was atrocious (thanks to the copper). I had no acne when I was on the pill.
