I've had severe, cystic hormonal acne since I was a teenager, and it's gotten worse now that I have a Mirena IUD. My face had enormous and painful cysts when I first started, admittedly because I am a major face picker and aggravate the situation, but after just three days, my body began to absorb them until there was nothing left to poke at! I couldn't believe my eyes when I realized what had happened. My cheeks and chin are particularly troublesome for me. Minor breakouts on my cheeks are still bothering me. It hasn't been that long, so my skin is probably still detoxing. My chin, on the other hand, is free of blemishes. This is huge because I can't recall not having at least three bulbous cysts in that area. My hot flashes have lessened, but they haven't completely disappeared. My hair is growing in faster than it has in the past. My hair was thinning in the front, but it's now back to normal. I also take Spirulina, which is high in protein, and I'll keep taking both of these supplements. Vitamins and biotin didn't seem to make much of a difference in my life. This is the most significant benefit for me; I've never been regular, so I take magnesium supplements every day, which doesn't always work. These pills make me go every morning like clockwork, with no cramps or other problems, and I'll keep buying them as long as they help me with this problem. I'm guessing it's the active broccoli extract, but I'm not sure. br>Update: I've gone through two bottles and plan to buy more because my regularity is better than it's ever been, and I'm no longer getting acne. My hot flashes have only decreased, so I gave it four stars, but five stars for the other two.

Products from Zhou are a waste of time. This stuff doesn't work at all; the capsules are most likely filled with sawdust. To combat this, I use a DIM supplement. I tried to save money by buying this instead of my regular brand (Evolved Organics), but it sent me back into a deep depression almost immediately. I've also tried their Saw Palmetto, which is also a complete waste of time. Take a look at fakespot, which is currently at number 63. 5% of the reviews are fake reviews are fa Avoid.

I do wish there was a list, however. I've only been taking it for a few days, but I've already noticed a significant difference. I feel much better and have more energy throughout the day. I do wish it had a list of possible side effects, but I was able to find that online, and it does give me a headache, but it goes away quickly.

For the past few years, I've been taking DIM supplements to help balance my hormones and alleviate my painful, heavy periods. I've tried supplements from a variety of companies, but it wasn't until this month that I discovered Zhou brand DIM. It appeals to me. The price is the lowest on Amazon, which is one of the reasons I switched from another brand, but the dosage is also the highest of any supplement I've tried! So far, it's been a great experience!.
