For the past five years, I've used MenoSense to manage my hot flashes. I love this product because it helps me manage my hot flashes, which are currently mild but manageable. If I took a higher dose, my hot flashes would be significantly reduced, if not completely eliminated. I'm currently taking two pills per day, with two in the morning and two at night being the recommended dose. br>br>At first, I only took one pill per day. When that wasn't enough, I added two more pills to my regimen. I'll take three every now and then, but I always go back to two. It has proven to be effective for me. It appeals to me.
I've been using MenoSense for almost a year and can attest to its effectiveness. I have a limited number of hot flashes that aren't as severe as they used to be. When I ran out of MenoSense, I tried a different product, but I began to experience more hot flashes and night sweats. My problems were resolved when I returned to MenoSense. Take a chance and try it out. Furthermore, Amazon offers a significantly lower price than the store.
This stuff is effective! I had night sweats that came on 4x5 times a night like a freight train. I'm only taking two of these before bed now, and I'm not missing them! I checked to see if I was in a different "phase" where they would stop on their own, but nope - they didn't stop on their own. I didn't take them that night, and the next morning I was sweating profusely. I'm not aware of any negative consequences.
I already take Adrenasense and have faith in the brand, so I decided to give this a try. I'm having terrible hot flashes, and I'm taking four of these a day! These are not something I would recommend! That's too bad, because I really enjoy their Adrenasense! Now it's time to move on to the next product.

A few more for the smoke to change color from black to white, and a few more for it to stop billowing and become a wisp. br>br>It's now been four weeks. In the last ten days, I haven't had a hot flash. br>br>To summarize: To determine your ideal dosage (if you weigh 120 lbs. , for example), use common sense. , you'll most likely be able to get away with a lot less; Regardless of what the label says, if you weigh 200 pounds, you'll probably need more. I've had terrible night sweats and body odor in certain areas, particularly before my period. These problems vanished after a week of taking these pills (I take two each morning). I'm about ten years into menopause, and I'm still having night sweats and hot flashes during the day. Because Black Cohosh Root does not help on its own, I decided to try this product. There was no difference at all with this product. I've increased my bedtime dose to four pills, which has helped a little. It's far too costly to go through them so quickly.
