The effects will wear off in the evening if the doses are not separated by 8 hours. I'm hoping they'll be of assistance to you.

Hot flashes were a daily and nightly occurrence for me. In a 24-hour period, at least 20. As you might expect, I was a miserable person. I couldn't remember to take the one pill at night, so I took two in the morning, and everything has been fine so far. I'll keep doing what I'm doing as long as I don't have any hot flashes or other side effects. I'm hoping that this product is as effective for others as it has been for me.
I don't usually write reviews, but if this helps even one person, it'll be worthwhile. I was having two hot flashes per hour on average, which was making me nauseous at work. I'm grateful for this over-the-counter product because I'm 54 years old. 55 & Hot flashes, in particular, have been debilitating during menopause. The entire body sweats every 15 minutes. I could go on and on about how I was never able to wear makeup, stay fresh, or wear anything other than cotton everything, only tank tops, and so on. Here's the deal with all of this. It WORKS! Along with topical estrogen, my Naturopath advised me. On the majority of days, I have 95% relief now. That certainly qualifies as a "miracle. " Now, I do have hot flashes, but they are nothing like they were before I started taking this medication. I'm a firm believer in taking it twice a day. As a side note, I'd like to mention a couple of things. Black Cohosh was said to be the 'thing' to take. That path 100% pure Cohosh powder was taken by me. It didn't even make a ding! I don't know another woman who has gone through such a harsh, unforgiving menopausal transition as I have. So that should suffice to inform you! I'll keep ordering until my hypothalamus has recovered! (If you're not sure what I'm talking about, look it up!) br>Wishing you the best of luck!.

I'm not sure this is even deserving of a review. However, I began to experience nightly hot flashes, which became increasingly severe. I couldn't get any rest. Last night, I took my first tablet and had no hot flashes. It's been months since I've done anything like this. Before writing a full review, I'd like to give it another chance. But, THANK GOD, we've made it this far! I'll be back with more soon.
I'm 48 years old, and I've had a hysterectomy a few years ago, as well as chemo for breast cancer. I went through menopause as a result of the combination. Hot flashes and night sweats were ruining my life. When something like this happened, my mother always advised me to take "Black Cohosh. " I took it for two weeks, fully expecting it to be ineffective. I haven't had any hot flashes or night sweats in the last three nights. I slept through the night without getting wet from sweating every hour or so. This is a supplement that I will continue to use. The final product has exceeded my expectations.
