Sorry, but I'm not familiar with the subject. But I had to go back to 200mg because 400mg was too much for my system to handle and was causing me severe headaches.

Although it appears to help with hot flashes, it WILL dye your urine a bright orange color. It has the ability to turn purple if it helps my hot flashes.
Be Wary of the Buyer I've been taking the DIIM supplement for about three years, as my doctor recommended; I've been on my current dose for two years. I ordered it because it was inexpensive and had a high mg per pill (which was still within my doctor's recommended dosage).
