Fennel and fenugreek, for example, have been shown to be beneficial. Relaxing is key, so take an afternoon nap or have someone else cook dinner so you can rest in the afternoon and drink more milk before bedtime.

I'm not sure. I've been taking it for a few years and wouldn't be without it now.
You can take as much time as you want, it's completely natural, and it's great. My hormones were regulated by me, and I no longer have any symptoms.

I GOT A KNOCK ON THE DOOR! I double-checked by calling the website. They confirmed that the one I received was a forgery. I've been taking this supplement for years and knew right away what it was going to do for me. The original is the one on the right. The bar code, as well as seals and stamps, are missing from the left one. Please place your order by calling the Himalaya website directly.
I've read all of the negative reviews, and I believe they are simply angry people looking for a place to vent their frustrations. I subscribe to this Shatavari on a monthly basis, and it has aided me in a variety of ways. I bought it to see if it really did help me regulate my menstrual cycle like it said it would, and it does! I've had a VERY irregular period for the majority of my life, and finally having a period every month rather than every year is MUCH nicer. This helped me regulate my period and relieved the extreme bloating and gas that I experienced almost every day. Nothing helped me when I had painful gas, not Gas-X, not Gas-X, not Gas-X, not Gas-X, not Gas-X ex, or any other method I've tried in the past. Since I began taking Shatavari, I haven't had any painful gas or bloating. Not sure if that was one of the claims, but it was a very welcome side effect, so if you have irregular periods and/or painful gas and bloating, this is the product for you. Not everyone will benefit from it, but it certainly does for me. Ladies, I wish you luck.
I've been dealing with PCOS for about 18 years, and for 12 of those years, I've used a natural approach, but I've never found a product that gave me a period within three days of using it. AWESOME STUFF! I hadn't had my period in three months and used this for three days, and it helped me get my period back on track. This is the one I'm going to stick with. I'm hoping that it will assist me in losing some of the weight that PCOS has caused me to gain. If it aids in weight loss, I will undoubtedly write a review. I'd be giddy with delight. We'll have to wait and see.
This product does exactly what it says it will do. I'm 51 years old and this product has helped me with my menopause symptoms. There had been no justification. I put myself through a series of tests, and the only thing that came up was extreme stress. My tummy was swollen from not getting my period, and I couldn't do as much as I wanted because of it. I ordered these after reading the reviews and hoping for a miracle. I've been using them for two days, three times a day, and my monthly visitor paid me a visit this morning. Seriously, my mood and relationship have both improved as a result of this. I wasn't expecting much from a supplement, but I've noticed a significant difference in my mood. I'm in a better mood. I began taking AM/PM and now take it once a day on a consistent basis. I ADORE THEM!.
It's great that it's organic because you can never be too cautious when it comes to supplements. I've never bought anything from this company before, and I'm very pleased with the results. The supplement pills are a good size - they're not too big and not too small. They're brown in color and have an oblong shape. They have a distinct flavor that isn't particularly unpleasant. They have a herbal and natural scent to them. I am pleased with the product and anticipate that the positive trend will continue. I used the Shatavari to help regulate my cycle because I have PCOS (rarely experience menses) and am on a natural treatment plan (under the supervision of my doctor). My period started two weeks after I started taking these. I can't say it was entirely because of the Shatavari, but it certainly played a role. I'm blown away by how well the product appears to work.
This supplement is taken in conjunction with Meno-care, and the two together are extremely beneficial during menopause.
