Promoting something that works is extremely important to me: I've been estrogen dominant for the majority of my adult life, which has resulted in ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries, cervix growths, male pattern hair loss, painful breasts, joint pain, and hypermobile joints, and I've gone years without a period since I was 25. I was aware that the US food system and other pollutants played a role in this situation, but I had no idea how to mitigate their effects. I was ecstatic to discover this product because my most recent symptoms were as follows: Polycystic ovaries, incessantly painful breasts, hypermobile and painful joints, difficulty falling asleep and sleeping fitfully, and no period in the last year (I am 36 years old). I decided to give this product a two-month trial (2 menstrual cycles) to see if it was effective. I ate one for lunch and another for dinner. I purchased a variety of Dr. Berg's products after watching a number of his videos. My skin began to clear up, and I began to feel a whole lot better! Because of financial constraints, I had to stop purchasing a few items. My face began to break out again all of a sudden! What I didn't realize was that this was the product that was causing my skin to clear up. So, when I was able to repurchase it, I realized that YES, this product is the ONLY thing that is clearing up my skin! I've tried almost every skin product and medication out there, from Doxycycline to Accutane, ProActiv to Rodan and Fields. Fields (yes, I'm aware that we're dealing with the same people). I've experimented with over-the-counter medications. I've tried prescription medication. Organic food is something I've tried. Aside from light therapy (which I used for ten years), It's the only thing I've found that works for me (and it's VERY expensive). I just hope it keeps working and doesn't lose its effectiveness! So, I just wanted to let others know that if they, like me, suffer from cystic, hormonal acne, they should definitely try this!

Berg is one of my favorite doctors, and I enjoy watching his videos and learning from his insightful explanations. I'm following a low-carb diet. Swimming and yoga are two of my favorite activities, and I consider myself to be a healthy person. I took Dr. Berg's test on his website a few days ago and, based on the results (absorption of fat in the hips, history of ovarian cyst, non-smoker), I believe I'm a candidate for surgery. I suspected I had an ovary body type because I had cancerous lumps in my breast, fatigue, irregular periods, and so on. I watched more videos in which Dr. Berg recommended this supplement for people with this body type. I don't have any weight issues, but I do have stubborn cellulite on my hips and stubborn fat accumulation on my tights, and I'm frustrated that I can't seem to get rid of them no matter how much I swim. As a result, I purchased this supplement in the hopes of it assisting me. When it arrived, I only took one capsule, not two. The next day, I awoke with pain in both my breast and armpits, as well as my right ovarian. It is 5: I'm terrified of what I've done to myself at 2:00 a. m. ! I'm not sure how half of a single serving size can do this, but I'm not going to eat any of it!
