Wow, a lot of positive feedback from everyone who took the time to comment; not sure if this is due to hype or some sort of kickback. back, but many people are reporting feeling good and full of energy almost immediately after taking these pills, even after just one or two days, which is false and misleading for a product of this nature! I have a general impression that 90% of those who posted a review don’t have a clue or’t taken a single pill to post something like that. Unless you're a super athlete or a gym rat, most people who want to use this product aren't in the best shape possible. As a review, I'll only say this: For the past five days, I've been taking one pill per day and feel like I've been tossing sand bags instead of getting a good night's sleep. I have headaches, brain fog, and lower and upper back aches during the day, as if I'm detoxing from heavy metal or chemicals. You'll understand what I'm talking about if you've ever detoxed. Because DIM pulls excess estrogens from your cells and sends them into the bloodstream for elimination, your body will feel weak and in pain. I'm a 40-year-old male who has read a few articles about excess estrogen and Xenoestogens as well as the cause of excess body weight, which is primarily fat storage. I'd like to lose weight and see faster results by combining cardio and workouts, but I'm taking a break from the workouts due to a lack of energy and body ache. So, if you're looking for a miracle pill, be aware of the mild to severe side effects, which will make you feel like a punching bag rather than a champion during the first few days. It hasn't even been a week since I started taking these, and I'm already aware that I'll need a few more days of general detoxing before my body reaps any benefits. Additionally, during the detox period, your urine will be darker than usual, ranging from dark orange to brown.

For years, I've had severe, painful cystic acne along my jawline and on my chin. It recently worsened after I stopped taking birth control. I tried every cream, toner, cleanser, and remedy I could think of in the hopes of helping, but nothing seemed to work. My strange symptoms, such as severe sweating and cystic acne, were finally explained when I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid condition. I wash my face every day, sometimes twice a day, and I try to use cleansers that won't irritate my skin any further. br>br>For the past week, I've been taking one pill every day, and I've noticed that my normally acne-prone skin has improved. The cysts on my chin are significantly less than they were a week ago (there were seven or eight large ones before, and now there is only one small one). And let me just say that up until last week, I had been suffering from excruciatingly painful cysts for two months, so either this is a strange coincidence or this stuff is actually working. br>br>I'm hopeful that things will continue to improve, which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating for the time being. On the first day, there were no obvious differences. Day 2 saw an entire layer of dead skin flake off in sheets! On the third day, my acne began to clear up, but I was still fatigued and had a slight headache. Day 4, mood and skin are improving, but there is a painful headache and significant fatigue (I slept for 12 hours after work). On day 5, my skin has improved, my mood has improved, and my headache has disappeared! br>br>I was concerned about my fatigue and headaches, so being the Google Doctor that I am, I discovered that they were caused by my estrogen levels returning to normal. According to Google, those are the side effects of someone with a hormone imbalance, so I should push through. Since I was a teenager (I'm now 38), I'm pretty sure my hormones have been messed up.

Is it able to keep estrogen in check? Yes, it does; I've had numerous tests at a testosterone clinic, and this is the product they recommended when my estrogen levels began to rise. After only taking 300mg a day for a month, my estrogen count was significantly lower on my next test. As a result, I have faith in the claims made by this product.

I'm a 57-year-old postmenopausal woman who bought this to help with symptom relief. I didn't take it with a meal the first day, and I spent the entire day in bed, exhausted and with a severe headache. After reading more about how to deal with side effects on the second day, I took with dinner and drank a lot of water. No help. Although the fatigue had subsided, the headache had become more severe. Because the reviews advised me to push through the side effects, I did so for a third day and missed work due to the headache. I gave up on this product at that point and went with a lower dose (NOW brand). There are no side effects at all! And I'm starting to see the fruits of my labor: I have more energy, a better mood, and my skin looks better than it has in 20 years. When my bottle of NOW's lower-dose DIM runs out, I'll try the 300 mg product again, but if you're new to DIM and experiencing side effects, don't give up. Reduce the dosage to see if it helps. I'll update this review once I've tried the 300 mg dose of this product again.

This item was purchased on my behalf by my husband. As a result of the transition, I'm experiencing a slew of hormonal shifts. Let me just state that I took one pill per day for four days. I finally realized what was causing my eyelids, nostrils, upper cheekbones, and lips to swell, dry out, and peel as if I had been sunburned. My inside forearms also broke out in hives the mornings after taking this the night before. This is something I would never do again! Before you buy this product, do some research on it because it has a lot of side effects, and I'm not the only one who has experienced this. Beware!.
