My new DIM order does not appear to be genuine to me. My pills have always looked like the one on the left in all of my previous orders.

For the past 25 years, I've had cystic acne and nothing else has worked to keep it at bay. Let me say that I've tried almost everything (prescriptions, over-the-counter products, dermatological procedures), and I've never seen such incredible results. In the six months that I've been taking DIM, I've had ZERO cystic acne breakouts. I've only had a few minor superficial breakouts, and I keep my skin care routine the same as before, so no new products are causing this. It's true that not every supplement or product will work for everyone, but it's definitely worth a shot! I was not compensated in any way for trying or reviewing this product. I've been taking Smoky Mountain DIM, Progesto and Estro Life for approximately 4 weeks but after a week I felt 80% better. I'm 48, but I'm starting to feel like I'm 38. My life continues to improve on a daily basis. My bloating has subsided, and I'm finally slimming down. br>I also began to exercise, and I now have a lot of energy and a strong sense of self-confidence. " Here you'll find two distinct products. The goods aren't identical! When choosing a size (yes, they're made by the same company), they shouldn't be labeled as such on this landing page. This is a classic bait and switch that is extremely aggravating. Except for the ingredients, the labels are identical when it comes to advertising the cruciferous plants inside. The only difference between the front and back of the packaging is a slight color change on the labels, which will mislead you, me (it did), and anyone. These aren't "size" issues, but rather "battle and switch" situations. As an illustration: Would you like to work for "Acme Inc. ," a shoe company? " have all of their shoes on one landing page, and then let you read the fine print to figure out which one is right for you, or would you prefer to first find the shoe/style you like, and then figure out which shoe "size" is right for you?.

I'm going to make it a goal to do reviews once a month. I'm a 54-year-old woman who has been through menopause for the past two years. After reading about how estrogen dominance hinders a person's ability to lose weight, I decided to give DIM a try. I've lost 60 pounds in the last year but haven't made any progress in the last five months. 6 months. I decided to give DIM a shot to assist me in losing the last 30 pounds. 40lbs. br>First and foremost, the headaches are excruciating. Please eat this with a meal, not just on its own. I did it 2 hours later. My headache was the worst I'd ever had when I awoke. I puked because the pain was so unbearable. It had a negative impact. Since then, I've never skipped a pill with a meal and haven't had a single headache. I did have two of them. The first few days were marked by extreme exhaustion, but I've since recovered. br>br>At the moment, I'm following a ketogenic diet and working out three times per week. HIIT and weight training are done four times per week. Unfortunately, despite taking DIM for nearly a month, I have not lost any weight. br>br>My mood hasn't changed all that much. Perhaps a tad better. I, too, haven't noticed a boost in energy. That was something I was hoping to see change. br>br> Will continue to take DIM for another two months to see if anything changes.

I believe it was because of this that I was able to conceive. I was previously taking Nature's Way DIM, which I still think is a fantastic product, but I believe I needed something more potent now that I'm in my late 30s and had a miscarriage 8 months prior to this review, followed by erratic cycles. I started taking it about a month ago, along with my regular dose of Natures Way Femaprin / Vitex, Megafoods Baby. Megafoods Vitamin E, Me, Megafoods Zinc, Barleans High Omega 3 Fish Oil, and Megafoods Zinc Selenium. This was apparently the only difference in my routine, as I became pregnant once more. br>br>I'm not going to stop taking this until I'm 12 weeks pregnant because I believe my previous miscarriage was caused by abruptly stopping Femaprin and DIM at 9 weeks pregnant, followed by a miscarriage at 10 weeks. As the pregnancy progresses, I'll probably cut back on my DIM dose by switching back to Nature's Way DIM. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I just wanted to mention that after using this product for up to 12 weeks while pregnant, I have a healthy one-year-old rainbow baby. Because my luteal phases are short, I require some assistance in conceiving. Thankfully, I was able to conceive all three of my children using only natural products and the same method.

My acne became worse as a result. I only used it for about two weeks. My skin, however, was oilier than it had ever been from the beginning. It was like night and day, and I was more agitated and irritable as a result. I assumed it was because my period was about to begin, but the oil production refused to stop, and the oiliness persisted even after my period began. Normally, once I get started, my skin calms down, but my oiliness was out of control. The nodules on my neck began to appear after that. Hard, no head to them, and they appeared out of nowhere, as if they had just woken up with them. They're on the side of my neck, where I only get acne on occasion. I've stopped taking these pills in the hopes that my skin will clear up. Hopefully, this will help some people. br>br> My period was lighter, and I suppose I should have waited longer, but I don't think I could have endured my skin deteriorating before it improved.
