These items have been in my possession for about a week now. Both the large and small versions have worked for me, but the larger ones get the best results. Compared to previous ones, these are a little strange, but so far they have not cut my nose which is nice. The larger ones make my snoring almost stop completely according to my wife which she has been overjoyed at. The earplugs are fairly comfortable, but they're a bit hard to get all the way into the nostrils. My first impressions so far are positive about these for snoring aids, and I hope they will stand the test of time. The update is They are still holding up pretty well. Snoring occurs when the smaller size is used, and my nose became a bit raw and I bled when I used the larger size. All things considered, I still find them appealing. I received a notice from the seller telling me I purchased the old version, but if I posted a review, the new version would be sent to me. As I checked several times in the past month, but I haven't heard back from them, I docked the product a star for overall customer service and awareness for other users.

I switched between two different sizes throughout the five days. For the first couple of nights, it felt strange to sleep with these in my nose, but that is just because this is "different" from the usual sleeping patterns you have. It took me around 4 days to get used to sleeping with these in my nostrils (the more air you breathe in while trying to sleep makes it harder to get comfortable at first. ) But the repeated use will eventually train your nose and mind to forget that you are wearing these when sleeping.

The socks help me keep my nostrils open when I am suffering from allergies and need to sleep. I did notice, however, that while they slept with me, my allergy symptoms improved. According to my theory (and I am not sure if it is correct), the nose vents also function as an anti-allergen barrier, as they are the only point of contact between the nostril lining and the air in the nose cavity. In addition to their clarity, I love that they aren't too obvious, so even if my wife looks closely at me while I am sleeping, it doesn't seem like I have anything My experience has been that the largest balls without the ridges are smoother than those with small ridges and they haven't fallen out during use. It's hard to ignore the ones with ridges, since they tend to tickle. A simple concept that is well made and easy to maintain.

If you have a Fitbit, you are familiar with these grids in my post. Anyway, I was gasping for air before I had this item. Immediately after using the device, you can see a difference in how I breathe. As you can see, I left a small spike on my nose after I took the item off because it took me a while to get used to it. We are now in our third day.

I had to adjust to these things a little bit before I felt comfortable. The overall result is that I'm breathing better at night while wearing the shoes. They have helped reduce or eliminate my snoring, which my wife has remarked on several occasions. (And this comes from someone who is 6 months pregnant and waking up at 3 a. m. every morning. I have to use the bathroom five times during the night). The breath does fall out from time to time, but on average, they do retain I found that the right nose strips often came undone during the night as well, so while I'm sure this could be addressed in future designs, it's not so detrimental that I wouldn't consider buying another set of the product. In general, this is a solid product, and I would recommend it. Please give yourself a couple of days to adjust to their feeling. To ensure your eyes are adjusted to the dilation, wear them a few hours before going to bed the first night.
