Breathe rite strips don't stay on as well as these do. There is one major down-side, though if you try to peel the paper, which is what it's obviously designed to do, they are hard to remove. To tear through both sides of the paper while holding it alongside the nasal strip is much easier. Getting your stuff done that way is much easier. This makes me give them a 5 star rating. As an aside, and I am not sure why this works, but I wash my face and dry it, then immediately put on the strips and it works.

Despite the fact that they are cheaper, I think I actually prefer the appearance of this one. It is easier to take them off than the breathe-ins You don't need to leave a residue when you use the right strips. Premature removal of the lenses hasn't been an issue for me. You got a great deal.

The first thing I thought was that these were going to be fantastic because they stick well, leave very little adhesive material after they're removed, and are inexpensive. But after using them for a few weeks, I found that they simply weren't up to the task. Nasal membranes aren't dilated very much when they do this. To really work, they don't have the necessary pullback. It has been a very disappointing experience. Instead, go with the breathe right strips because they're much more effective.

It's just as effective as the Breathe Right brand, but for a lot less money. I have oily skin, so it stays on my nose all night long. While I wash my face before I go to bed, I don't wash it every night. I do not have any skin removed when the numbing cream is removed. After I get out of the shower, I wash them off While I am sleeping, they really help with my breathing, and I am very happy with this.

My face is well cleansed prior to adhesion, so I rarely have a problem getting one to come off during the night. (And if one does come off, it's usually because I didn't cleanse adequately). My opinion is that these are better than those big name ones.
