In sports magazines and on athletes, I've seen them. But I've never thought of myself in relation to this product. About 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with a severe deviated septum, problems with turbinates (whatever they are) and having a lot of swelling and growth in my This is what my ENT said he wanted to do surgery to correct the deviation and the turbinates, as well as to remove my sinuses. It sounded horrendous. Originally, I was not going to start by stuffing gauze into my head, since I had never been a patient. Therefore, as a result of going Afrin crazy, I later added Flonase to my routine. My sinuses remain functional because I have cancer and have had many surgeries. I can't do elective surgery because I am still on chemo, so I cannot get my sinuses fixed. Because of my chemo, afrin, and structural problems, I can't breathe and have a runny nose all the time. My hair drips like water from a faucet, and I always feel like I'm in a foreign land In my opinion, and I mean it, The tissue in one hand. Unfortunately, I thought they belonged to me when I saw these on Amazon, but on second thought, I realised that they belonged to someone else. Nevertheless, I was curious as to how something that you put on your nose could help you breathe in a scientific way, so I bought it, more as an act of curiosity than anything else. I was shocked to learn how much air I took in when I put on my first one at bedtime. Actually, I didn't like it as I could feel my throat getting dry and I could feel it in my head due to all the airflow. We feel air in our lungs rather than in our noses (mouth breathers). As I slept with it on that night, it stuck just fine, so well I had difficulties getting it off in the morning. The next morning I did not wake up gasping for air with my mouth dried out as I had been doing for many years. That isn't a joke at all. When I bought the Afrin, I would wake up gasping, like a fish out of water, until I squirted one on my night stand. It was a really unpleasant feeling. The breath I take can calm me down and make me sound like a woman in a commercial, smiling with my mouth closed. Yes, I still need the Afrin, but I am no longer in a desperate situation. I'm not feeling as though I need to catch up, so I'm getting to it when I do. It has been over a week since I last wore them. My next step will be to wear them during the day so that I can cut down on the afrin and control some of the dripping from my eyelids. There's a lot of stuff I want to get off of. There is so much air I have yet to get used to it, but it's nice- Incredible how you get used to not being able to breathe. There is a possibility that I have had a deviated septum all my life but didn't Early in the morning, I suffered from The people are amazing. I know I told a lengthy story, but they are truly Those in the light, regular, and heavy were too big for me. Despite having a small face, I've been able to use the smaller ones just as well, although tonight will be the first time I sleep in a smaller size. So far, this is one of the few products that actually do what they promise, and it's quite remarkable.
As you sleep, this product will help keep your lungs healthy. You might want to order the large size for a better fit if you are an adult male.
They work great and I think the size fits my nose. I'm not sure why they don't stock the small and medium anymore though.
Added comfort to my wife's life while curing my snoring. Good. I'll be happier now.
I had no problems with the method. I am totally satisfied with this product.
Recommend this product without hesitation.
This is a very nice product, however I do not comprehend why it is so costly. They probably do this because they can and because it is a product that works, but it's something to consider. There must be an enormous margin of profit. I have found that generic replacements do not work as well, and the clear ones leave too much goo behind when you pull them off, yet this specific version (sm/med tan) is nearly impossible to find.
As for taking the strips off, taking them on was simple, but taking them off proved to be a challenge.
I took the skin off my nose just after using the tan ones a week after purchasing them! It will take a while for my nose to heal before I am able to use even the clear ones! Week two begins next week.
