I have tried a variety of mouth taping methods and this is by far the best. It is also the most expensive, but it is by no means a waste of money. The majority of the other tape methods I have tried have caused me to wake up with a bit of tape still attached at night, and I have had at least a few instances when I woke up gasping for air because the tape refused to come off and I had to breathe through my nose. All of that is not an issue with this tape, since it always stays on and I can breathe through my mouth if I need to. You don't need to look any further for mouth tape, this tape is.

I found that this tape really worked well for me. . . but it may not be for everyone. As long as you do not have sensitive skin (or if you hate bandaids) it should not leave a mark around your mouth - but be aware it will leave a mark if you have sensitive skin. No matter what you do, it stays in place. You definitely feel like you are pulling a bandaid off your face in the morning when you pull it off. Nevertheless, it pulls the lips together gently while you sleep, and it helps you breathe through your nose. In the middle of the night, I find that my mouth constantly opens, resulting in drooling all over the place. I no longer drool on my pillows when I listen to this tape. The purchase I made is just what I was looking for. In the morning I can sacrifice ripping a band aid off my face if sleeping well means I am less tired.

In my own experience, I've never been able to knock the "cure snoring"! I get rid of my snoring by using a CPAP machine - which helps me sleep better. am strange looking no more, but I do not sleep with my mouth open anymore. Since they stick to my very sensitive skin, I cannot use them. To remove it from my face, I use warm water. It may be helpful to you.

I like the idea of this product, but it is difficult to take off. I like how it works at night and how the middle space is able to separate the rooms. My skin is not liking the sleep I got, even though I slept very well. This is a significant problem, and I wish they'd develop one without it.

the design is far superior to other "mouth sealant" products/methods, since Myotape works "around" the mouth, pulling the lips together gently with strong elastic. The mouth is not taped shut in the morning so you are less likely to have freaky claustrophobia. Myotape encourages you to keep your mouth shut while you breathe through your nose, which is the proper way to do it. The most interesting aspect of Myotape is that you can still breathe through your mouth once you stick with it. Overall, it is not really that difficult, you just have to be more dedicated. My use of my nose to breathe created a valuable feedback loop where I began being more aware of whether I was breathing through my nose or my I learned that it was easy to tell whether my mouth was dry or not Taking a breath If I were to parch my lips and mouth, it would be painful. This realization, together with the myotape, made me more aware during my sleep hours -- ironically leading to better sleep habits and patterns.

Since I started wearing it, I have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. It took me about three tries to get it right and there was a little learning curve. more alert and brighter now. * I used the Sleep as Android App with the phone by my head and it reported I was snoring without the myotape and a couple seconds of very quiet snoring when the myotape failed. There is a gentle closure of the lips, but the teeth are still open as expected and the sensation was not as harsh as expected. My surprise at noticing they are on in the mirror in the morning comes from not remembering I am wearing them.

These work really well. I'm surprised how well they It does not feel restrictive to me. I can still speak - albeit a little oddly. Taking a sip of water is still possible for me. The nasal strips I had been using worked, but I often woke up with sore noses. Mouth strips are an effective solution to this issue. I have been able to sleep well with them since they are not uncomfortable.

There is a problem with this product! They aren't worth the money. Using medical tape is much easier and much cheaper than using medical adhesives.
