As I was listening to the Joe Rogan Podcast, I heard James Nestor discuss his latest book 'Breathe'. He explained to Joe the importance and benefits of breathing through the nose and mentioned that he uses Sleep Strips to aid his breathing while sleeping. Due to the fact that I breathe through my mouth, I decided to try them. The tiny strips were a little fragile at first, and I didn't think that they would keep my mouth closed all night long. However, I'm happy to report that even with my unshaved face, the strips stayed intact the next morning and I also woke up without a cottonmouth or sinus infection. Following a week of use, I am convinced of the benefits of the product and would tell anyone that it is worth the small investment for those finding it hard to get a good night's rest.

As a longtime customer, I highly recommend it. Since I use a Pap machine, I am always looking for a chin strap replacement. Having tried several products, I have found that this one is the very best. I have tested this product and it I have found this mouth tape to be an excellent product for me because I always woke up with a dry mouth and a sore throat when I used to sleep
