The gel liners stay on all night, although sometimes they are difficult to take off and can irritate the skin. I have been using these for a lot of time, they are the best ones I have found. I have noticed that there have been more pimples on my nose since using these products. Compared to other companies, they are far superior. There are no issues with sensitive skin and the design allows for some air flow under the strip, which increases their comfort. They take up a good amount of space, the adhesive sticks well, the strips are easy to remove, and the design allows for some air flow under them.

It is for my husband. He snores loudly and regularly wakes me up at night, so I ordered these for him. The price was good, and I liked a few of the features more than the other brands did, so I bought these. Here are a few things to keep in mind You can get more out of the instructions on the back of the box when you read them. He had some issues with it peeling up the first night but wore it again the next night and it worked great. What I want to say is this If possible, ensure that your nose is clean before applying the product. Before applying his skincare on the second night, my husband just washed his face and thoroughly dried it. The instructions give you suggestions on how to apply it (along with making sure that you apply it to the correct part of the nose). Each side of the dilator has these little cuts that, when applied correctly, open up the airways. For the first time in months, I slept through the night last night without being woken. Additionally, I tried one for myself and I am also planning to make use of them.
