They've got a lot of fomo and will sleep late and wake up early. My 7-year-old appears to have dark circles that are gradually fading. When my 7-year-old L was 3 or 4 years old, I tried melatonin with her and felt bad about it. It worked, but I tried to wean her off quickly because I didn't want to feel bad about using it to get her to sleep at a reasonable hour. After a few years, my 3-year-old N still despises going to bed. He'd stay up until 10 or 11 p. m. and then wake up at 8 a. m. , which isn't ideal when you have two other school-aged children and need a night's rest. They are, however, MAGIC! It usually takes about 40 minutes for him to knock them out after he takes them. She sleeps well and doesn't wake up groggy. The only problem is that he still wakes up after a few hours and frequently at night, so I'm not sure how long the effects will last. My six-year-old son, who has high-functioning autism, has found these to be extremely effective. We noticed an immediate difference when we started giving him these gummies during our bedtime routine, which used to take him up to 1. Each night, it will take you 5 hours to fall asleep. This included numerous occasions when he would get out of bed to say something just to avoid being in bed, lol. Typically, five. Every night, six times. They're delicious and effective. My daughter, who has ADHD, has a lot of trouble sleeping, but these work wonders for her. It doesn't keep her asleep all night, but it does mean we don't have to fight her about going to bed.

She's tired, but she can't seem to sleep at night. We (reluctantly) decided to give these gummies a shot, and O. They were absolutely fantastic! We do not provide a complete gummy. We give her no more than half a gummy ( We give it to her 30 minutes before bedtime and it puts her right to sleep; we don't give it to her every night because she falls asleep quickly. We keep these on hand as a "backup" in case we need them, such as when we go on vacation in our camper or to places she's never been before. It always works, and it's been a lifesaver for this mother and father. We don't feel bad about it because it isn't "medicine. " Thank you so much, Vicks!.

90 of the time these will put my 9yo to sleep. They're delicious, and my kid adores them. I only give one at around 7:30 p. m. , and my child falls asleep in about an hour. They're fantastic. There have been no complaints about how bad they taste or how they make my child feel; they are not addictive, and my child sleeps through the night. The only thing I've discovered is that if my child relaxes for the entire day, they aren't as effective; however, they work well even on school nights. I would recommend this product, and I purchased the adult version for myself, and they are equally effective.
